Le billet était conforme aux prestations vendues. Immédiatement accessible dans l'application est reconnu par les responsables sécurités du Duomo. Peut être juste préciser dans un paquet supplémentaire ou avant qu'il y a aussi la crypte archéologique et une autre salle souterraine qui n'était accessible que moyennant un supplément. Un peu déçu quand le billet comprends déjà l'église du Duomo et l'accès au toit complet. Nous reviendrons et utiliserons à nouveau le service et application :)

There was an issue with accessing the tickets on the app, which I didn't check until 30 min before the check-in time, and Headout was quick and responsive, resolved it quickly. I find the measure of a company isn't when everything goes right, it's how they manage issues when things go wrong, and Headout was excellent in this regard.

Pre booking tickets was great. We had no trouble entering the site. Visiting the Duomo is a must. So much history & the architecture is simply stunning. We bought tickets with the lift pass to the terrace. Breathtaking views from above. A must do experience! Again, we marvelled at the architecture. We'll worth a visit.

The entrance was difficult to find because staffs there tell us different places to go. We managed to find it eventually but another problem was that we needed to download the app to show QR code. Best is to just to send us QR code in email, otherwise it's difficult to download outside without wifi since we are overseas travelers, we need wifi somewhere to download the app. Make sure you instruct that to ticket holders that downloading app is a must before the experience.

Muito prático e rápido. Fácil de usar e garantia de segurança. O serviço é ótimo. Recomendo comprar o elevador para acessar o telhado da Duomo, subir pela escada é muito cansativo. A vista é maravilhosa, imperdivel. Ela foi toda construida com mármore cor-de-rosa, inclusive o telhado, sobre o qual podemos andar. Demorou 529 anos para ser construída, com auxílio da população de Milão.

there was no long line, everything was organized quickly, everything inside DUOMO was very impressively beautiful , The terrace is also very beautiful. I was impressed by the architecture, everything there was made of marble. Then i bought the book at the duomo shop, in order to know more about Duomo.
