The engineering is impressive, but the 360-degree panoramic views are the real star of the show. It offers a unique, bird’s-eye perspective of the Houses of Parliament and the Shard that you simply cannot get anywhere else. The staff was professional, the pods were spacious, and the entire 30-minute rotation felt like a VIP tour of the skyline. Simply spectacular "High vibes and even higher views! 🎡 The London Eye provided the most stunning backdrop for photos and an unforgettable memory of the city. If you’re looking for that 'quintessential' London moment, this is it. Fabulous from start to finish!"The slow, smooth rotation makes it feel like you're floating above the history of the world. A 10/10 must-do for anyone who wants to fall in love with London all over again!"

Gostei muito do combo London Eye + Madame Tussauds, pois foi uma forma prática de conhecer duas atrações icônicas de Londres no mesmo dia, com ótima relação custo-benefício e sem complicações na entrada. O processo de compra foi simples, os ingressos chegaram rapidamente por e-mail e consegui entrar em ambas as atrações sem filas grandes, o que deixou o passeio bem mais tranquilo. A vista da London Eye é incrível, rende fotos lindas da cidade inteira, e o Madame Tussauds é muito divertido, com várias áreas temáticas que tornam a visita leve e interativa. My visit to the London Eye was an amazing experience. The whole process was smooth and well organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The view from the top was absolutely breathtaking – you can see the River Thames, Big Ben, and much of London from a completely different perspective. The capsule was spacious and comfortable, giving enough time to enjoy the scenery and take photos. It was definitely one of the highlights of my trip to London and something I would recommend to anyone visiting the city.

London Eye visit was good. Have been before but entry procedure is smooth and quick. Staff are helpful. I did think that the eye was looking a bit old and in need of a facelift to brighten it up. The pods the same. Would be good to have a screen telling you what buildings you can see as you go round. I resorted to Google to search the buildings. An average experience when it could be so much more now. Very expensive fi what it was.

Nice day out for me and my 15 year old son. We went on a dry but overcast day during half term at 11:00am, and the queue at the Eye was 20 minutes, and there was no queue for the cable car. Great views of most London landmarks from the London Eye. The cable car was more like a fun ride. Great views of Canary Wharf and the O2, with a bit more of roller coaster feel at the beginning, but much smoother once you level off.

The line went ahead really fast, the cabin wasn't too full, you could enjoy the view without being too crowded. And the ride goes on the perfect speed so you can take a lot of pictures and videos and they'll look perfect like there was no motion. We booked the 5pm ride which was perfect because the sun was setting and by the time we were on the top it was already dark and we could see all the lights of the city!

I wasn’t sure if the London Eye would be “too touristy,” but honestly — I’m really glad I did it. The line moved faster than I expected, and once inside the capsule it didn’t feel crowded or rushed. The ride is super smooth and slow, which actually makes it better because you have time to just look around and enjoy it instead of scrambling for photos. Seeing London from above is a completely different experience. Watching the Thames stretch across the city and spotting Big Ben in the distance felt pretty surreal. It’s not a thrill ride — it’s calm and peaceful. I actually found it kind of grounding just standing there and taking it all in. If the weather is clear, the views are amazing. Yes, it’s popular. Yes, it’s iconic. But sometimes the famous attractions are famous for a reason — and this is definitely one of them. I’d recommend it, especially if it’s your first time in London.

The UK’s only urban cable car links Greenwich Peninsula with the Royal Docks, offering a unique aerial journey over the Thames.

Since 2000, the London Eye has defined the city’s skyline as one of the world’s tallest cantilevered observation wheels.

E-scooters, e-bikes and e-unicycles are prohibited on the IFS Cloud Cable Car in line with TfL policy.

London Eye

Sharp metallic tools or objects, alcohol, drones, large suitcases, bags, or rucksacks, smoke bombs, fireworks, glass bottles, illegal substances, rollerblades, scooters, e-scooters, skateboards, tripods, motorcycle helmets, or hot foods are not allowed on this experience.

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

Accessibility

IFS Cloud Cable Car

This experience is wheelchair accessible.

The maximum weight for wheelchairs is 300kg, and the maximum size is 700mm by 1300mm.

You get on and off through the same doors, so there may not be enough space for you to turn around. This means you may have to reverse your wheelchair or scooter to get in or out of the cars.

The cable cars can be slowed down to allow you plenty of time to board.

Electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters must be turned off inside the cars.

This experience may not be suitable for guests with vertigo, motion sensitivity, acrophobia (fear of heights), heart conditions, or anxiety disorders.

For your convenience, your guide dogs are welcome to join you.

London Eye

Guests with accessible needs are entitled to a free carer ticket with valid documentation.

This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

Ramps are available at the venue for easy access.

Braille guides are available for this experience.

Additional information

IFS Cloud Cable Car

Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time to allow for boarding procedures.

Tickets are valid only for the date selected at the time of booking.

You can either remain in the car and return to your starting terminal or get off at the opposite terminal and make your return at any time on the same day.

The cars arrive every 30 seconds and carry up to 10 people.

One-way journeys take up to 10 minutes but vary according to passenger flow and weather conditions.

The IFS Cloud Cable Car may temporarily close due to lightning and thunder in the immediate area or very strong winds.

Bicycles are accepted on the IFS Cloud Cable Car at all times. Guests with bicycles travel for free on the cable car before 10:30am on weekdays, excluding bank holidays.

Children under the age of five travel free (when accompanied by a fare-paying adult). Children up to the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Pets are allowed in the cars but must be carried at all times.

London Eye

Children under the age of 15 years must be accompanied by adults (18+).

Children under the age of 2 years can go for free, but require a ticket to enter.

Expect a wait time of up to 30-60 mins before your experience begins.

Guests should be fully clothed and must wear shoes.

Facilities: restroom, cloakroom, and free Wi-Fi.
