The Hola Barcelona card itself was useful; however, purchasing it online made the process much more difficult than simply buying it from a vending machine at the station. We arrived in Barcelona on a Sunday and were required to visit the tourist information centre to activate the voucher. Unfortunately, the tourist information centre was closed, which meant we couldn’t activate the card. As a result, we had to purchase additional tickets to travel from the airport to the city. Although we had already bought the card online in advance, we were unable to use it immediately, which was both frustrating and disappointing. I'd never recommend buying it online in the future and will instead buy it from a ticketing machine at the station.

Le service tous transports publics sur 5 jours est au top, nous permettant d'aller à chacun de nos points de visite sàs aucun problème. Barcelone est ainsi facile d'accès, de l'emblématique Sagrada Familia au Parck Guëll, jusqu'aux hauteurs de Montjuic pour les installations olympiques permettant de prendre le funiculaire tout comme pour accéder au Tibidabo. De la Torre Glories aux emblematiques maisons de Gaudí, au paseo marítimo, aucune difficulté pour se déplacer et etre à l'heure à nos points de rendez vous. Ce service nous a permis de visiter Barcelone sans aucun souci, en toute facilité. Je le recommande vivement, c'est la 3 eme fois que je l'utilise et c'est un vrai confort.. .

Wi haben ein 96h Ticket gekauft, um unbeschwert unseren Kurztripp nach Barcelona genießen zu können. Unser Flieger landete 20:45, die angegebenen Servicepoints hatten alle schon geschlossen. Mit den uns zur Verfügung gestellten QR-Codes konnten wir keinen gültigen Fahrschein an den Automaten holen, also mussten wir gezwungenermaßen ein extra Ticket kaufen, um zum Hotel zu gelangen. Auch benötigten wir ein extra Ticket, um am nächsten Tag vom Hotel zur Touristinformation zu gelangen, damit wir nun endlich unsere Endgültigen Tickets bekamen! FAZIT: Den Onlinekauf kann man sich sparen, die Tickets bekommt man schneller und einfacher an jeder U-Bahn oder Metro Station am Automaten

très pratique si on se déplace surtout en métro et si on fait beaucoup de tourisme; la ville est bien desservie. Par contre, si on réserve par internet, on ne peut pas retirer le pass à la gare estacio sants, on doit prendre un ticket de métro ( à des bornes qui s'expriment uniquement en catalan!!) pour ensuite se rendre a plaza de espanya ou de catalunya pour récupérer le pass. Ce qui est un peu aberrant

het was lastig het informatie-keetje op het placa Espagnole te vinden waar we de kaartjes uitgrreikt kregen. Het was ook niet de hele tijd open. irect na ons bezoek ging het weer dicht. Eigenlijk hoef je helemaal niet van tevoren te reserveren, je kan de meergaags kaartjes overal aanschaffen. Het is wel heerlijk iom het overals in de rode bussen en de metro te kunnen gebruiken, dat wel.

Le coucher avec QR code pour les cartes de transport Barcelone ne fonctionne pas avec les automates, il faut un numéro de réservation ! Résultat : obligation de racheter des billets à l'aéroport pour se rendre au centre ville !!!!!!

Il servizio è stato molto buono, le navette risultano pulite e molto frequenti. Semplicità nell'acquisto on line dei biglietti. Se dovessi tornare riprenderei di nuovo questi bus.

Each pass provides unlimited journeys on public transport in Barcelona for consecutive periods of 2 days (48 hrs), 3 days (72 hrs), 4 days (96 hrs) or 5 days (120 hrs) from the time it is first validated and at any time of day.

Please note that the reservation is valid for 90 calendar days from the date of purchase, until the last day of February of the following year at the latest.

The pass cannot be used by another person.

Aerobus transfers

Tickets are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.

Children under 4 years old travel for free.

You will not be permitted to eat during the journey.

Small pets are allowed on-board in carriers. Only one animal per ticket is allowed.
