Overall, it was an incredible experience! 10/10 would suggest. It surpassed all our expectations and we really enjoyed the whole trip. Roy and Mr. Sexy made the day enjoyable and brought such positive vibes from start to finish. We were given fresh fruit and a steady supply of cold water. The boat was clean, comfy, and had toilets. All the crew members were attentive and friendly, even joining us for snorkeling to point out fish. They clearly knew their stuff, and the info about each island was clear, plus the boat driving was excellent. Everything went smoothly and on time, we felt safe and relaxed, got tons of photos, and had an awesome day! Thanks, Red team/boat 9!!

Hotel pick-up was right on time, and everything at the pier was well organized with clear assignments for boats and guides. Even with a large group, the team managed everything smoothly and efficiently. We had two fantastic snorkeling stops with plenty of time to explore, followed by a delicious buffet lunch at a local restaurant. A special mention to the awesome team at QQ – Boat No. 8! Their attention to detail and focus on safety really stood out, making the day fun, stress-free, and unforgettable. Thanks for an amazing experience around Phi Phi Island and Bamboo Island – highly recommended!

What this trip made truly a memorabel day was that our tour guide named "Bobby" the way he take care of all the people in and of the boat during the day. He explained everything in a humoristic way. Make jokes and tells us what we can do and what better was not to do. His positive attitude during the day was absolute our highlight. Thank you Bobby for everything. After a problem with vouchers the support team resolved the issue quite quickly and they maintain all the promises. Definitely a good company and surely will use them again. The Water Park in Phuket was amazing and we had a lot of fun !

I booked two combo tickets and it is one of the best ways to enjoy a full day in my opinion. If you have the option to take transfer, just take it! We tried to use grab and bolt as alternative for transfer but it is a waste of time. Just pay that extra 10 euro to the people offering taxi services outside the water park and fantasea. You will save at least 30 minutes.
