Getting started

Your guide will meet you at your hotel. After a brief introduction, you’ll join your group and set off for Hoi An’s historic center, where your journey begins with a quick ticket validation.

Hoi An Ancient Town: Recognized for its unique blend of Chinese, Japanese, and Vietnamese architecture, Hoi An’s old town is a UNESCO-listed heritage site.

Features

Key landmarks: Visit the Museum of Folk Culture, Old House of Tan Ky, Japanese Covered Bridge, and Fukian Assembly Hall—each reflecting Hoi An’s multicultural history and architectural diversity.

Cam Thanh Coconut Village: Glide through lush water coconut forests in a traditional basket boat, guided by local experts. If you want more thrills, you can tip the boatman to spin your boat!

Lantern release: Take a boat ride on the Hoai River and release a lantern, joining a cherished local tradition that lights up the water each evening.

What to bring

Bring a valid photo ID to match the name on your booking if requested at the entrance.

Carry cash in Vietnamese Dong for entrance fees and any optional activities not included in your ticket.

Wear comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing.

Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated during the tour.

What’s not allowed

Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited during the tour.

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed on the tour for safety and convenience.

If you’d like to try the famous “spinning boat” experience, you’ll be transferred to another boat. This optional activity costs 100,000 VND per person for 1 minute, payable directly on site.

The entrance fee of 120,000 VND per person is not included and must be paid separately on site.

Hotel pick-up is between 1:30pm and 2pm; the tour ends with hotel drop-off around 7:30pm–8:00pm.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

The tour operates in most weather conditions; in case of severe weather, you will be notified of any changes.

Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

Please arrive at the meeting point 15 mins before the scheduled time of your tour to avoid any delays.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the meeting point.

Customers have an option to either opt for hotel transfers or choose to reach the meeting point on their own.
