Redemption & Important Information

Motiongate Dubai

• Present your e-ticket at the entrance to collect your physical pass.

• This physical pass grants unlimited entry until 30th Sep.

• Pass also provides a 10% discount on all retail purchases at Motiongate Dubai.

The Green Planet

• Use your physical pass for unlimited entry on weekdays i.e. Mon to Fri.

• There's a limit of 1-time redemption per day.

• Facilities: Wheelchair Accessibility, Parking

• Note that the following are not allowed: Monopods, selfie sticks, or tripods, flash photography, food and beverages, and smoking.

Roxy Cinemas

• Use your physical pass to redeem 4 Roxy Cinemas tickets by calling the call center at 800-AMAZING (2629464).

• Mention the e-ticket number on the physical pass to collect physical tickets.

• There's a limit of 1-time redemption per day.

Neon Galaxy

• Use your physical pass for unlimited entry on weekdays i.e. Mon to Fri and 4-weekend visits i.e. Sat and Sun.

• Visits are limited to 1-hr per visit and 1-time redemption per day.

Arcade by Hub Zero

• Use your physical pass for unlimited entry until 30th Sep.

• Visits are limited to 1-hr per visit and 1-time redemption per day.

Nanny Pass

• This can only be purchased if the nanny is accompanied by a family or a child aged 3 and above.

• The nanny pass can only be purchased at the gate.

• A valid Emirates ID of the nanny needs to be presented when purchasing the Coolest Summer Pass and on each visit.

• Please display your mobile/print pass with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.

How Do I Use My Pass

• Your pass gives you access to Motiongate™ Dubai, The Green Planet, Neon Galaxy, Arcade by Hub Zero, and Roxy Cinemas.

• Your pass must be redeemed at Motiongate Dubai.

• Address: Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, UAE.
