Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, wir möchten uns an dieser Stelle für die perfekte Orgsnisation der gebuchten Höhrpunkte in Florenz bedanken, auch die nochmalige Nachfrage am Telefon, ob alles geklappt hat, ist in dieser virtuellen Welt nicht mehr selbstverständlich. Danke! Wir kehren gern nach Florenz zurück, vor allem in den touristisch entspannteren Jahreszeiten. Unser Ort der Kunstandacht, die Kapelle Brancacci. l'ingresso agevolato senza fare la coda molto apprezzato in quanto i visitatori erano numerosissimi, soprattutto all'ingresso degli Uffizi, sicuramente consigliato come opzione per visitare i luoghi tra più attraenti di Firenze

Redeeming was a little confusing. Had a voucher with a qr code, so we thought we were set, but that wasn't correct. The company did reach out at the last minute to add our names to the tickets so they could be issued, but failed to tell me to check email for our actual ticket. Spent time looking for a ticket office. Uffuzi people had no idea what I should do. We did figure it out and things were smooth from there. Didn't use all the other tickets, so it wasn't really cost effective for us. (The Uffuzi ticket needed to be shown for other entry) Biboli gardens were a disappointment. We should have entered through Piddi Palace. The walk to the gardens was uphill and LONG!

Love the flexibility of the five day pass. The duomo climb is the only time specific ticket which makes perfect sense given the narrow passages and small area at the top. Their are quite a few stairs but the views from the top are incredible and with the hike!

Il tempo favoloso, colonne di visitatori agli Uffizi, con difficoltà per la visita in alcune sale (Leonardo). Mai vista tanta gente dopo che 6 anni dall'ultima visita. Il ticket, potrebbe essere inviato alcuni giorni prima dela visita, evitando il doversi recare al vostro ufficio, peraltro ubicato in una posizione difficilmente a vista. Comunque, siamo stati ben serviti ed istruiti sull'utilizzo e delle possibilità.

Getting to the Uffici early was great. Fewer people and less wait time. The gallery was incrediable and worth every penny. I would love to visit again.

Mit Maps haben wir das Büro headout gefunden und sehr unkompliziert unsere Karten bekommen, auch den Audioguide für die Uffizien. Zum Glück haben wir den Schnelleinlass gebucht gehabt, zwar mit vielen anderen Touristen auch, aber der Einlass ging zügig voran. Das war prima. Erstaunlich, wie viele Touristen täglich durch die Uffizien geschleust werden. Der Besuch ist ein MUSS,wenn man in Florenz ist.. Alle anderen Museen im Palazzo Pitti haben uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Man sollte sich Zeit nehmen.
