Entrance fees to tourist sites such as the Comtal Castle and Saint Nazaire Basilica are not included in the tour price.

Free entry to the Comtal Castle is available for children under 18, 18–25 year olds from EU countries, disabled persons and their companions, and during Heritage Days with valid proof.

Registration is required on the website before arriving at the departure point.

Check-in is at 9:15am; departure from Toulouse is at 9:30am. Return from Carcassonne is at 4:30pm.

Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your tour to avoid any delays.
