Jumping with Skydive Dubai over Palm Jumeirah at 7am was hands down the coolest thing I’ve ever done! It was my first skydive, and surprisingly I felt calm… but that calm vanished the second I stood at the edge of the plane 😅 That “3…2…1… GO!” moment? Absolutely terrifying — in the best way possible! The freefall was pure adrenaline, but the real magic happened when the parachute opened. Suddenly everything slowed down, and my instructor flew us smoothly over the Palm like we were gliding on air. The early morning views were unreal! My instructor Leo was super friendly, professional, and made sure I felt completely safe with a clear briefing before we jumped. The cameraman was very quick and captured the perfect moments. 10/10 experience — would recommend! Keep all your fears aside and just go for it.

Skyview was awesome, it deserves 5 Stars. However, Burj Kalifa is waiting too Long for nothing. It's too crowded, unorganized, the lift and halls are too small for the ammount of visitors. You can't even enjoy the view or take nice pictures because of the crowd. It skine deserves 1 star. It would be much netter If you divided prošle in small groups and organize precise time scedule, because 2h waiting for 15min Walk trough people for a peace of glass Is a dissapointement and a waste of time.

You cannot take large pieces of luggage to the venue. Check them in at the Secure Baggage Area at the ground floor entrance.

Food and beverages are not allowed for this experience.

Sky Views Observatory

This experience has height and weight restrictions. The minimum height is 135 cm, and the maximum height is 200 cm. The minimum weight is 30 kg, and the maximum weight is 120 kg.

Please notify the Sky Views staff of any disability, intellectual or physical, that would prevent you from completing the physical and mental tasks throughout the experience.

Guests should not be under the influence of narcotics, spirits, or any other substances that impair judgment (e.g. medicine).

Guests should be free from severe physical or mental disorders that would not allow them to complete the physical and mental tasks asked throughout the ride.

Guests should be free from existing or recurring injuries and medical conditions that require immediate medical attention.

The experience is restricted for pregnant guests.

Burj Khalifa At The Top

Entry to Burj Khalifa is only during the booked time slot only.

Bring along a valid physical or digital copy of your ID to be shown at the entrance of the attraction.

It's recommended to check the weather forecast beforehand to ensure that your views won't be obstructed.

Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Facilities: Free Wi-Fi

You can enter only at the time slot you choose during checkout. Once inside, you can stay for as long as you like. Typically, tourists spend an average of 40 mins at the observatory.

The sunset hours between 6:30pm and 7pm are the best time to visit the top floors of the Burj. At dusk, the vivid orange skies offer mesmerizing vistas from the vantage point.

Sky Views Observatory

The duration of the Edge walk experience is 20 minutes.

It's mandatory to carry a passport or Emirates ID.

Handbags, cameras, and other small accessories are allowed inside.

For visitors who wish to watch the sunset between 3pm and 7pm, it's recommended to book an entry time approx 90-min prior during peak seasons.

Please arrive at least 20 to 30-min prior to the scheduled visit.

Please notify the Sky Views staff of any pre-existing health conditions, including any physical limitations or medical conditions including but not limited to; neck weakness, back weakness, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or if pregnant.

Responsibility for inclement weather conditions affecting visibility is hereby disclaimed.

Edge Walk Experience can be canceled/rescheduled due to extreme weather conditions, without any prior notice.

Entry timings and/or ticket prices may be changed, varied, or amended without notice or liability.

Guests between ages 12-65 can participate in the Edge Walk. Minors under the age of 18 require the consent of their parent/s in person.

You are required to wear modest and comfortable clothing for the Edge Walk experience – no loose dresses, skirts, flip flops, loose footwear, or long and loose scarves. Wearing the Edge Walk overall is a must to ensure the safety of all guests.

The Glass Slide experience is no longer included in Sky Views Observatory tickets. It will be charged at AED 25 per ride, payable at the attraction's counter or on level 53. Tickets bought before April 1, 2024, will still include the slide experience.

You will receive your mobile ticket in your email instantly.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the will-call ticket counter.

Please arrive at the redemption point 20 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.
