The experience inside is fantastic—the ground-floor museum gives a fascinating glimpse into Old Dubai's origins before you head up the elevator. Stepping out onto the Sky Deck at 150 meters is breathtaking. Turning north gives you a view of historic Deira and Karama, while facing south presents the futuristic Sheikh Zayed Road skyline. I visited the Burj Khalifa ‘At the Top’ observation deck at 5:00 PM, and the timing was perfect. The elevator ride was quick and smooth, and the views over Dubai were stunning. At 5:00 PM, we caught daylight, then watched the sunset and the city lights come alive. It was busy, so booking in advance and arriving early helped. Tickets are pricey, but the experience felt worth it for a special once-in-a-lifetime visit

Amazing experience at Burj Khalifa, especially Levels 124 and 125! The views of Dubai from the top were absolutely breathtaking. The observation deck was clean, well-organized, and the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. Watching Dubai from such a height was truly unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai, especially around sunset when you can see the city in daylight and then beautifully lit up at night. A wonderful experience! ❤️🌆

The palm view is mesmerising. Just be careful of keeping yourself hydrated enough as during hot days you feel dehydrated and loss of energy. The Top of Bhurj Khalifa is a beauty in itself. Words can't express the feeling of being able to reach at the top of the world. Plan well in advance of schedule. As parking might be far and there is a long queue as well if you are just going to 124-125th floor.

We had fun visiting Dubai Frame during December month. Although a little crowded due to peak tourism season but manageable enough. We went to the top in the elevator and the view from the top was breathtaking. Walking on the floor glass, looking outside to see the old and new Dubai was a nice view. Entry was smooth with proper queue and management.

Burj Khalifa

Zoom your way to the 124th and 125th floors of the Burj Khalifa (the tallest building in the world) in the world's fastest elevator. Once there, take in the amazing panoramic views of the city, the desert, and the ocean outside the floor-to-ceiling glass walls. All this, from a height of 452 meters! You can even step out onto the open-air terrace for better views.

Dubai Frame

The Dubai frame sports an award-winning design that perfectly captures the entire skyline in the heart of Dubai. Designed to showcase both the new and old sights in a single frame, this rectangular structure rises up to an unbelievable 150 meters. The venue also features a museum that showcases the transition of Dubai from a fishing village to an iconic metropolis. At the bottom, you can visit the museum and see the growth of Dubai from a fishing village to one of the richest cities in the entire world. The museum uses advanced technology and features an array of exhibits.

Once you’re done exploring the museum, take an elevator to the topmost floor and get on the walkway. Revel in the city’s compelling contract of modernity and old charms. Spot iconic structures all over Dubai including Karama, Bur Dubai, and Umm Hurair which are guaranteed to enrich your experience.

Important Information

Strollers and other large items are not allowed inside the venue. They must be checked in at the luggage room near the entrance

Any photography for commercial or business purposes at the Burj is strictly prohibited.

Up to 5 members of single groups are allowed per entry at the Dubai Frame.

Large bags and strollers must be kept at GATE 4 Counter at the Dubai Frame.

At the Dubai Frame, you can skip the ticket line, but still have to wait in the entry and security queues.

Daily: 8:30am to 11pm

Prime Hours: 4pm to 6:30pm

Prime Hours from 1 Dec 2022: 3pm to 6:30pm

Tickets are available for timeslots every 30 minutes.

Entry to the Burj Khalifa is time-specific. However, once you're inside, you can stay for as long as you like. People on average spend 40-45 minutes at the observatory.

Due to its popularity, you might have to wait anywhere between 15 to 30 minutes at the elevator queue.
