My VIP visit to Burj Khalifa was disappointing. For the high price, only one drink was included and the second was chargeable. Even as “VIP”, we had to stand and wait about 35 minutes before getting a seat in the lounge. The food options were also below standard, with mostly sugary pastries and almost no variety for people who are diabetic or prefer less sugar. Overall, the experience did not match the premium price paid.
