I planned my Dubai trip and selected the Burj Khalifa At the TOP with SKY (Level 124, 125 and 148) in December 2025. I must admit that since this was kind of on the higher side I would spend on visiting a landmark, I was a bit worried about the experience since it was first time with Burj Khalifa. And to be honest, there was not even a hiccup in the whole thing. The arragements, ambience, crowd management and overall sensorial experience was beyond amazing. I'm really proud of the fact that I chose Burj Khalifa to be on my iternirary and I would like to offer my heartfelt thanks to Headout for making this day in my life so memorable that I cant stop smiling while I'm wiring this. For anyone thinking to plan Burj Khalifa, look no further. This is the best as it gets.

Booking the tickets was amazingly easy. The problem was when we got to go to the elevator. We had gold tikets (up to floor 148). We got in the lounge in time at the ground floor and we were asked to go for the elevator. At a certain point an individual piked us out of the line as we had no sticker on the jacket. We were put in the line with the normal tickets and we lost the sunset (that was why we paid premium at 17:00). I mention that nobody came to give us the round sticker in the lounge or anywhere in the line based on our gold tickets. Moreover, we tried to understand why but they refused to say anything other the ordering to stay on that line.

It was just fantastic. First it was dam easy to book the tickets through your website and the experience at the Burj was just exceptionally great. Specially at level 155 where we enjoyed snacks while sitting and enjoying the top view of Dubai, Emirates and the Sun rising appearing from the eastern skies.. it's life time experience n memorable also. We had refreshments at the beginning of our tour n visited the 155th floor by high speed elevator in a minute and what we see after that can't be written in words. Just amazing just awesome n my experience was 100 percent.

Wir hatten den 148. Stock gebucht, da war die Skylounge automatisch inkludiert und somit auch der priorisierte Zugang. Die Organisation war sehr gut, dennoch hatte es damit ca. 1/2 Std. gedauert oben zu sein. Die normale Warteschlange war enorm lang und ich kann mir vorstellen, dass die Wartezeit dort sicherlich über 1 Std gedauert haben muss. Die Technik und die Architektur waren sehr schön. Der Ausblick vom 148. Stock wunderschön und atemberaubend aus dieser einzigartigen Höhe. Die Balkongeländer aus Glas erlaubten einen ungehinderten weiten Blick auf alles in nah und fern. Zu bemängeln auf dem 148. war, dass es nur eine Damentoilette gab und entsprechend gewartet werden musste. Die Skylounge war eine herrliche Erfahrung. Getränke auf Wunsch serviert (der Tee war ein Träumchen, gleich 2 getrunken und einen Cappuccino decaf mit Hafermilch) sowie super leckeres Gebäck haben wir genossen und konnten eine willkommene Pause einlegen. Sitzplätze waren sehr bequem, leider etwas rar, vir allem die am Fenster dauerbesetzt (hätte ich auch nicht hergeben wollen :-D ). Auf dem 124. Stock gab es nochmal zusätzlich zum Ausblick einen Shop und ein Café. Wir sind dann wieder priorisiert runtergefahren. Den Aufschlag für den 148. kann ich nur empfehlen, hat sich mehr als ausgezahlt. Alles in allem "ein Muss" in Dubai, das aktuell höchste Gebäude der Welt zu besuchen.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to share feedback regarding our recent visit to Burj Khalifa, where my family and I purchased VIP tickets. Overall, the experience met our expectations in terms of access, views, and general organization. However, we encountered a notable issue related to the service included in the VIP package. According to the ticket terms, complimentary beverages were included. Unfortunately, despite multiple polite requests to the service staff, no drinks were served to us during our visit. We did not receive water, coffee, or any other beverages, and our requests were repeatedly acknowledged but not followed up on. Eventually, we had to proceed without receiving the service that was part of the ticket price. During our visit, we also became aware that other guests experienced similar issues, which suggests this may not have been an isolated incident but rather a service gap during peak operations. We are sharing this feedback constructively, as Burj Khalifa represents a world-class landmark, and consistency in VIP-level service is an important part of that reputation. We trust this information will be useful for internal review and service quality improvement.

Une visite qui n'en vaut pas la peine surtout à ce prix là.....guide qui ne se soucie absolument pas des visiteurs , nous avons été abandonnés en cours de visite lors d'un changement d'ascenseur.... pas d'audioguide distribué. Pas de boissons offertes.... prises de photos à l'extérieur impossible pour cause de vent.... bref 2 heures et 260 euros de perdus Et je ne parle pas du prix exorbitant de la photo proposée ...100 € ...!

Whilst it's nice to go to the 148th floor and skip the line, at over $200 each to be met with juice and a few dates in an area where there wasn't enough comfortable seating for everyone - I do t think this is good value for money. Amazing view(s) and that's it.

Downloading the “At the Top” app in advance is recommended for audio guidance.

What’s not allowed

Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

Large bags, strollers, shopping bags, and suitcases must be stored in the designated baggage room.

Prohibited items include sharp objects, glass containers, fireworks, pepper spray, firearms, multi-tools, and spray paint.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building.

Pets and service animals are not permitted.

Accessibility

All observation decks and lounges are wheelchair accessible.

Accessible elevators and restrooms are available.

Strollers are not allowed on the decks and must be checked at the entrance.

Assistance is available on request at the venue.

Additional information

Children between 3 and 16 years (or under 12, depending on the source) must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Guests should arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the scheduled entry time.

Late arrivals may be denied entry without a refund.

The average visit lasts approximately 90 minutes. Guests visiting Level 148 may stay there for up to 30 minutes before continuing to Levels 124 and 125.

All visitors must enter through the Dubai Mall. Direct entry into the tower is not permitted unless you are a resident, hotel guest, or have a confirmed restaurant reservation.

Free Wi‑Fi is available throughout the observation decks.

Outdoor access may be restricted in poor weather conditions; refunds are not issued for such cases.

For the best views, consider visiting just before sunset or during early morning hours when the city is often covered in fog.

You will receive your mobile ticket in your email instantly.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the will-call ticket counter.

Please arrive at the redemption point 20 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.

Enter the Burj Khalifa via the Dubai Mall, Lower Ground Level.

Show your tickets at the will-call ticket counter at the At the Top entrance on the Lower Ground Level of Dubai Mall. Your PDF tickets will be exchanged for entry tickets at the counter.

The redemption point is on the same level as Dubai Fountain. Get accurate directions by asking at the Dubai Mall Service Desks.
