Посетили смотровую площадку Бурдж-Халифа в январе 2026 года. Билеты покупала через Headout. Сайт продуман и удобен в пользовании. Интересные подборки экскурсий. После каждой покупки билета, давалась дополнительно скидка на следующую покупку. Это привлекательно. Само посещение Бурдж-Халифа прошло замечательно. Сотрудники максимально помогают посетителям и упорядочивают очередя. Готовтесь к очередям, без них никак. Желающих подняться на 124,125 этажи очень много. Виды сверху открываются прекрасные. Сразу видно, что город разростается быстрыми темпами и то ,что я увидела сейчас, через пару лет будет совсем другая картинка. Потому нельзя сказать, что один раз поднялся и в следующие посещения Дубаи эта достопримечательность станет неактуальной. Интересно и красиво здесь будет всегда!

It didn’t feel very special to me. At the end of the day, you’re inside a very tall building looking at the city from above. I booked the sunrise slot for Floors 124 and 125, but it didn’t feel any different or extraordinary. Overall, it felt like a waste of money. They do provide a complimentary drink (coffee, tea, or a carbonated soft drink) along with a donut. The coffee and donut were actually very good. The entry is through Dubai Mall. The sunrise slot starts at 5:00 AM, but the actual sunrise was closer to 7:00 AM. At 5:00 AM, the crowd is very low, so you can enjoy a nice view of the city lights at night. As the day begins, the crowd increases significantly. If you’re going for sunrise, you need to go early and secure a good spot. Otherwise, it becomes very crowded, and you may not even get a clear view through the glass — especially at the popular viewpoints. Avoid the extreme north and south ends; the middle section offers a better sunrise view. You can also watch from the stairs leading to Floor 125. In my opinion, the view from Floor 124 is better than Floor 125.

The desert safari driver was rude at first and took us to the quad bike location. All these quad activities are paid which is not clearly mentioned anywhere while booking. We made the booking thinking it's optional for us to do it, not pay for it additionally. Secondly Burj Khalifa queues took hours so you can't actually arrive at any one right time as they just put everyone in the same queue regardless of your time slots.

What to bring

Bring a valid photo ID for all members of your party (passport, national ID, or driver’s license), especially for Burj Khalifa entry.

Carry your tickets or booking confirmations for both attractions; separate e-tickets may be required.

Wear comfortable, modest clothing. Smart/casual attire is mandatory for Burj Al Arab; casual and modest attire is recommended for Burj Khalifa.

What’s not allowed

Outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited at both venues.

Large bags, backpacks, sports bags, shopping bags, and strollers must be checked at the entrance. Only small handbags and purses are allowed at Burj Khalifa observation decks.

Sharp objects, weapons, glass bottles, fireworks, explosives, chemical sprays, multi-tools, lighters, and e-cigarettes are not allowed at Burj Khalifa.

Professional camera equipment, drones, and tripods are not permitted at Burj Khalifa without prior permission. Flash photography and intrusive equipment are not allowed at Burj Al Arab.

Pets are not allowed at either attraction.

Unaccompanied minors are not permitted: all children under 16 (at Burj Khalifa) and under 17 (at Burj Al Arab) must be accompanied by an adult.

Accessibility

Burj Al Arab is wheelchair accessible with some limitations possible in lounge or transfer options; confirm specific access needs in advance.

Burj Khalifa is fully wheelchair accessible, with elevators and observation decks accommodating wheelchairs.

Strollers must be checked at Burj Khalifa, but the venue is otherwise family-friendly and accessible.

Entry for Burj Khalifa is through Dubai Mall. Allow extra time for parking and security checks.

Arrive 10–20 minutes prior to your scheduled entrance slot at both venues to allow for security and check-in.

The recommended visit duration for Burj Khalifa At The Top (levels 124/125) is about 1–1.5 hours.

Refreshments are available for purchase at both venues; meals and drinks (except those included in your ticket) are extra.

Burj Khalifa’s At The Top features indoor and outdoor observation decks, telescopes, and WiFi. VR and souvenir photo opportunities are available as add-ons.

Both venues are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings. Use provided lockers or baggage check where available.

Most tickets are non-refundable. Changes are not permitted for no-shows or late arrivals, especially during peak tourist seasons.
