Took my granddaughter on Saturday and she loved the bubbles pit. I enjoyed the VR experience and the mirrors and lights room. Definitely would go again and recommend it for others to go and enjoy.

Celebrated my Granddaughter's 10th birthday. When I checked in (12:30)the young lady was very pleasant. Once the rest of my party arrived and we asked to check our coats her demeanor changed. First she told us she wasn't aware of coat check with VIP tickets. Instead of asking a manager to confirm she tried to blow us off and acted irritated. We showed her proof of coat check in writing and she still was not accommodating. We had to ask to talk to a manager then she rudely told us we had to hang our own coats up and she didn't tell us where our coats would be kept until I asked multiple questions. I made mention that she started off pleasant and then irritated and she told me " she had a lot going on) which is no excuse. All employees were not welcoming and some didn't even greet us. There was a very heavy set guy across from balloon room who didn't speak and a woman in VRE room who wasn't pleasant. She had bad acne on here face. Sad thing is all 3 ppl were African Americans and I'm an African American woman so it bothered me that these individuals make our race look bad. We were a party of 10 so we paid a large sum of monies so being treated nasty is not an option. We did enjoy the sensory experience but your staff members took away from it being an amazing day. One exhibit did not work. It was the one you stand in and make a bubble that encloses you. Not sure if I would recommend others to come bc customer service is very important to me bc I am a nurse and give 10+ service to anyone I come in contact with so hire people friendly staff.

I paid for VIP tickets but all of the inclusions were not met at all. I did not receive my coat check. Each room was very understaffed and all of the exhibits were not working so couldn't enjoy it. The bubble room had practically no bubbles. And the souvenir could've been better. The VR experience which was included with my ticket but still had to wait for people who was paying on site. I could've purchased general admission tickets instead.

It was nice. Entry was easy, tickets are expensive and I don't think it should be, but the kids enjoyed themselves. The bubble thing didn't work but it was nice and clean. The bubble room also barely worked.
