What's not allowed

Safety is a priority so snorkeling is restricted for guests under the age of 6 years.

Accessibility

This experience is not accessible by wheelchair.

Accessible parking spaces and public transportation options are conveniently located at Rivergate Marina for AUD$10 per day.

While special dietary requests cannot be accommodated due to the nature of the buffet lunch, guests are welcome to bring their own lunch or additional items to supplement their meal.

Moreton Island is a remote wilderness location, approximately 75 minutes from the mainland. For this reason, it is strongly advised that heavily pregnant guests reconsider their visit.

In case of inclement weather, you can choose to reschedule. If weather conditions are deemed too severe for travel and rescheduling is not possible, you can opt for a refund.

Children aged under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times on the island.

A medical questionnaire must be completed and signed by all passengers. For children aged under 16 years, the questionnaire must be signed by a parent or a guardian.
