What to bring

What’s not allowed

• Observer participation is not offered — all guests must join the full adventure.

• Pets are not allowed, with the exception of certified service pets.

• Consumption or possession of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicants is strictly forbidden.

Accessibility

• The tour is not suitable for wheelchair users.

• Participants should be able to walk on uneven ground and manage short hikes.

• Guests must have a full range of motion in their arms to operate the zipline safely.

• This activity is not recommended for pregnant travelers or those with back, neck, or severe height-related issues.

• Individuals with heart conditions, asthma, diabetes, severe allergies, or other medical concerns should seek advice from a doctor before joining.

• Minimum age is 8 years; participants must weigh between 70 and 270 lbs (verified at check-in).

• Expect a moderate level of activity, including about 1 mile of walking with minor ascents and descents over 1.5–2 hours.

• The zipline segment lasts roughly 2–3 hours and involves short walks and stair climbs.

• Tours proceed in all weather conditions, so dress appropriately for rain or shine.

• The waterfall’s temperature typically ranges from 60–70°F — cool and refreshing.

• Scheduled stops include restroom breaks and light refreshments during the zipline portion.

• All guides are professionally trained and certified under ACCT safety standards.

• Tours depart from several pickup points, with travel times of approximately 50 minutes from Waikoloa Beach Resort and 1 hour and 15 minutes from Kailua-Kona.
