Zwiedzanie stadionu Santiago Bernabéu było dla naszej rodziny wyjątkowym przeżyciem, a dla mojego 11-letniego syna spełnieniem marzeń. Od dawna fascynuje się piłką nożną i Realem Madryt, więc możliwość zobaczenia tak legendarnego miejsca na żywo wywołała u niego ogromne emocje. Już od samego początku wycieczka zrobiła na nas bardzo duże wrażenie. Stadion jest imponujący, nowoczesny i pełen historii. Można poczuć atmosferę wielkiego futbolu na każdym kroku. Mój syn był zachwycony możliwością zobaczenia trybun, murawy, szatni oraz trofeów, które znał wcześniej tylko z telewizji i internetu. Dla niego każdy element zwiedzania był czymś niezwykłym. Szczególnie podobało nam się to, że cała trasa jest dobrze zorganizowana i interesująca zarówno dla dzieci, jak i dorosłych. Ekspozycje są przygotowane w sposób atrakcyjny, dzięki czemu nawet młodszy uczestnik nie nudzi się ani przez chwilę. Ogromne podziękowania należą się również przewodnikowi, który swoją wiedzą, pasją i życzliwym podejściem sprawił, że zwiedzanie było jeszcze ciekawsze. Potrafił w interesujący sposób opowiadać o stadionie i Realu Madryt, dzięki czemu cała wycieczka była nie tylko pouczająca, ale też bardzo przyjemna. Widać było pełne zaangażowanie i profesjonalizm. Mój syn słuchał wszystkiego z ogromnym zainteresowaniem. A mi novio y a mí nos gustó mucho la visita guiada al Estadio Santiago Bernabéu. Nosotros somos Mexicanos y el chico que nos dio toda la explicación tenía mucho conocimiento en el tema de futbol y de la historia, además se notaba que le apasiona el tema por lo que transmitió esa pasión en sus comentarios y explicaciones. Asimismo, fue una persona muy paciente y respetuosa con todo el grupo. Muchas felicidades por tener a personal preparado y entusiasta para dar estos tours.

A l principio no hemos entendido bien donde teníamos que quedar con el guía pero después de preguntar fuera del estadio nos lo han dicho, el guía era muy simpático explicaba muy bien cada cosa y las dudas que teníamos las respondía correctamente, en general un 10.

Stade magnifique, grandiose, on en prend plein les yeux. Etant fan de foot, j'ai trop aimé être sur la pelouse ou vraiment en haut dans les gradins avec cette vue à 360°. Je reverai maintenant d'assister à un match avec l'ambiance.

Getting started

Arrive at the designated meeting point near the main entrance, where your ticket will be validated. Security checks are mandatory before you proceed to the museum and stadium. The staff will provide directions, and you must follow Real Madrid C.F. guidelines throughout your visit.

Opened in 1947, Santiago Bernabéu Stadium is the legendary home of Real Madrid C.F., one of the world’s most successful football clubs. The stadium and its museum celebrate decades of football history, iconic matches, and the club’s global achievements, all evident in its architecture and the artefacts & memorabilia at the museum.

What to bring

Wear a pair of comfortable shoes as covering the stadium and museum involves a fair bit of walking and climbing stairs.

Don’t forget to bring your phone fully charged or a camera if you want to capture pictures at the stadium and museum (for personal use alone).

What’s not allowed

Pets are not allowed at the stadium or the museum.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the stadium or the museum.

Carrying large suitcases is prohibited, as there is no facility to store them during your tour.

Entering the museum under the influence of any substance is prohibited.

Smoking, drinking, carrying drones, selfie sticks, and tripods is prohibited.

Accessibility

The stadium and museum are wheelchair accessible. However, the last floor of the stadium isn't accessible by elevator and is not accessible for wheelchair users.

Keep in mind that the tour route includes numerous flights of stairs.

Certified guide dogs are welcome at the stadium and museum, subject to presenting the official documentation.

Additional information

Your timed entry tickets are only valid for the time and day you’ve chosen while making your booking. Do make sure to arrive within your chosen time slot.

Visits to the locker rooms and benches are currently closed due to the renovation work at the stadium.

The tour route may change due to the renovations and any events at the stadium. You’ll be informed of this change at the entrance, the ticket counter, and on the Real Madrid website.

On match days, you can access the museum and the panoramic view of the stadium up to 5.5 hours before kickoff.

If you choose the upgrade, keep in mind that the tour will be monolingual—make sure you choose a tour in the right language!

Children under the age of 5 can enter for free and must be accompanied by an adult.
