I loved how the Thyssen museum complemented the Prado perfectly. The collection was incredibly diverse, from Renaissance paintings to modern art, and the layout made it easy to enjoy each room without feeling overwhelmed. Some of the Impressionist and modern pieces were especially memorable, and the atmosphere of the museum was calm and elegant. It was a great way to experience different periods of European art in one visit.”

Biglietti acquistati in modo facile e veloce; anche l'accesso risulta essere stato molto rapido essendo un lunedì mattina. Ovviamente il quadro da ammirare è la magnifica Guernica di Picasso, ma vi ruberanno il cuore anche quadri di Dalì e Mirò. In sintesi un museo da vedere assolutamente se si viene a Madrid, reso semplice dall'acquisto dei ticket con Headout.

validissima soluzione per saltare le code che soprattutto in concomitanza di ponti e festività sono allucinanti,poco informati gli addetti all'interno dei musei che non sanno dell'esistenza di visite guidate in lingua italiana ,peccato averlo saputo dopo la visita direttamente da una ragazza che lavora come giuda italiana

Molto pratica questa modalità di prenotazione on line, devo dire sono rimasta piacevolmente soddisfatta anche del salta fila, tutto comodamente on line sul mio smartphone, poi anche la lunga durata temporale del biglietto mi permette di avere un anno di tempo per usufruirne ad un prezzo strapitoso! meglio di così?

Tout c'est très bien passé . Entrée facile et rapide dans les musées. Par contre obligation de télécharger l'application pour avoir accès au billet. Pour ceux et celles qui préfèrent imprimer ce n'est pas pratique. Mais c'est le moins cher que j'ai trouvé pour visiter Prado/reine Sofia/Thyssen

Pratique et très facile à utiliser même lorsqu'il faut échanger le billet électronique contre un ticket papier, m'a permis de ne pas attendre, recommande vivement. Déçu de l'interdiction de prendre des photos au musée du Prado alors que c'est autorisé aux musées reine sofia et thyssen.

J ai trouvé le musée très agréable, facile de circulation . Le tableau Guernica est très bien mis en valeur et l'arrivée avec les photos sur la montée du nazisme nous aide à la compréhension du tableau.

Es ging sehr schnell Dank der bereits gebuchten Tickets. Ich habe aber auch ein Ticket für Palacio Reale gebucht und bis heute noch keine Nachricht erhalten.

As Spain’s leading museum for modern and contemporary art, Reina Sofía houses nearly 25,000 works and is renowned for its focus on Spanish artists and pivotal 20th-century movements.

What to bring

Bring a valid photo ID to match the name on your booking if requested at the entrance.

Present your smartphone voucher or printed ticket at the entrance or designated ticket office, as required.

Carry your best earphones and a fully charged phone to make use of the audio guide.

What’s not allowed

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the museum for security reasons.

Food and beverages are not permitted inside the exhibition spaces.

Pets are not allowed, except for registered assistance animals.

Flash photography and the use of selfie sticks or tripods are strictly prohibited.

Accessibility

The museum is wheelchair accessible, with ramps and elevators available throughout the building.

You can also loan wheelchairs at the information points at the museum's Sabatini and Nouvel Buildings.

You're free to bring a service animal along, provided you carry all relevant official documentation for verification.

The museum has adapted restrooms across both buildings.

You'll also find accessible parking for adapted vehicles in the museum's loading bay.

Individuals with more than 33% disability enjoy free access to Prado and Thyssen for themselves and one person accompanying them. They must carry an official card or documentation to avail of this benefit.

Additional information

You will access the digital audio guide via an app, so make sure your phone is fully charged.

Minors under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

The museum remains closed on Tuesdays.

Free access to the museum is available for individual visitors during the last two hours on all days. However, keep in mind that it can get very crowded during this period.

Due to architectural improvements, the museum's library will remain open between 5pm and 9pm until November 21.

Access to certain parts of the museum may be restricted or closed due to improvements or for assembling new collections.
