awesome art and museums. i was suprised that prado museum doesn't let you take photos or videos. i've been in numerous museums in france, italy and spain. and the prado museum is the only that does not allow it. besides this, all three have memorable art.

Мне очень понравились музеи. Отличный выбор, такая комбинированная продажа билетов. Во первых везде проходишь без очереди, сразу заходишь в музей. Во вторых, то что ты сама выбираешь день визита очень удобно. У меня так и получилось. Я планировала в один день везде зайти. Но Прадо было очень интересно, я провела там много времени и решила в другие музеи пойти потом. Поэтому такой вариант покупки билетов очень удобный

Le musée du Prado est magnifique. Reina Sofia c'est de l'art moderne donc je n'ai pas tout aimé, l'espace devant Guernica est suffisamment grand pour que tout el monde arrive à en profiter sans trop avoir à jouer des coudes. L'audioguide n'est pas top intéressant pas assez d'infos sur le peintre, l'œuvre, le contexte, ... et trop de commentaires "magnifique," révolutionnaire", "qui sort des sentiers battus", .... Thyssen: Pas à hauteur des 2 autres, une profusion d'œuvres d'artistes mineurs, quelques œuvres mineures d'artistes majeurs. Si vous ne l'avez pas dans un pack et que vous n'êtes un passionné de peinture il est évitable.

Enjoyed reduced price entry over the three biggest galleries in Madrid. The app had a tendency to glitch when displaying the barcode and other info and twp of the three galleries issued their own tickets having scanned said barcode. This ticket provides a great overbview of old masters at the Prado, Picassa's Gurnica and other treats at the Reina Sofia and the Thyssen brings you right up to date including a mix of old favourites (Renoir, Degas) and modern art from the likes of Jackson Pollock, Mark Rothko, Piet Mondrian and Kandinsky

An absolutely brilliant exhibition The staff at the door were wonderful but the security people were not so helpful as none knew English - and didn't really know their job we had to leave water in locker which was dangerousdue to the heat and me having kidney problems!!

L'esperienza ticket unico e' stata top, zero file, tranne che al Prado dove devi comunque convertirlo. Sono stata fortunata a non fare fila mai essendoci stata di giorno feriale, pur avendo al seguito un under 18 che doveva prendere il biglietto free.

As Spain’s leading museum for modern and contemporary art, Reina Sofía houses nearly 25,000 works and is renowned for its focus on Spanish artists and pivotal 20th-century movements.

What to bring

Bring a valid photo ID to match the name on your booking if requested at the entrance.

Present your smartphone voucher or printed ticket at the entrance or designated ticket office, as required.

Carry your best earphones and a fully charged phone to make use of the audio guide.

What’s not allowed

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the museum for security reasons.

Food and beverages are not permitted inside the exhibition spaces.

Pets are not allowed, except for registered assistance animals.

Flash photography and the use of selfie sticks or tripods are strictly prohibited.

Accessibility

The museum is wheelchair accessible, with ramps and elevators available throughout the building.

You can also loan wheelchairs at the information points at the museum's Sabatini and Nouvel Buildings.

You're free to bring a service animal along, provided you carry all relevant official documentation for verification.

The museum has adapted restrooms across both buildings.

You'll also find accessible parking for adapted vehicles in the museum's loading bay.

Individuals with more than 33% disability enjoy free access to Prado and Thyssen for themselves and one person accompanying them. They must carry an official card or documentation to avail of this benefit.

Additional information

You will access the digital audio guide via an app, so make sure your phone is fully charged.

Minors under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

The museum remains closed on Tuesdays.

Free access to the museum is available for individual visitors during the last two hours on all days. However, keep in mind that it can get very crowded during this period.

Due to architectural improvements, the museum's library will remain open between 5pm and 9pm until November 21.

Access to certain parts of the museum may be restricted or closed due to improvements or for assembling new collections.
