An unforgettable experience! Having the combo acropolis museum and audio guide made everything easier and much more meaningful. The audio guide was clear and the instructions and guidance was well-structured and informative. I even gave information to other tourists like a guide:) three demons was my favorite. The Acropolis Museum was a perfect complement to the site, especially after walking among the ruins. Everything was well organized, and the combo ticket saved both time and money. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone visiting Athens for the first time.

My visit to the Acropolis and Parthenon was absolutely unforgettable. The ticketing process was smooth and convenient, and having the optional audio guide made a huge difference. It provided fascinating historical details and context that helped me truly appreciate the significance of every monument. Walking up to the Parthenon was breathtaking—the views over Athens are stunning and the atmosphere is filled with history. Despite the crowds, the site felt very well organized, and I never felt rushed. I enjoyed it. I've been to the Acropolis many times. The audio guide, while a little hokey at times (Maria ... really?), gave me a more coherent appreciation of the layout, history, and architecture of all the buildings on site then previous visits when I wandered on my own. I would have liked more information on the amazing feat of Manolis Glezos and Apostolos Santas tearing down the Nazi flag from the eastern end of the Acropolis, the first act of resistance to the Nazi occupation. But overall I thoroughly enjoyed the guided tour..

El problema fue que pese a haber adquirido el servicio con audioguía para la "Acropolis y la cuesta norte" nos aparecía habilitado solo la audioguía para Plaka el barrio histórico. La verdad que fue una pena ya que era nuestra primera vez en la Acrópolis y nos hubiera venido bien tener algo de contexto en nuestro idioma.

l'acropoli molto bella e l'ingresso con prenotazione molto comodo per evitare una fila kilometrica, l'audioguida poteva essere fatta meglio, impersonale, leggeva le frasi in automatico senza punteggiatura e di conseguenza ne si perdeva il senso. Non si capiva nemmeno molto bene il percorso da seguire

Would have been nice to have audio working not even with full WiFi was working seemed very complicated, also to view our both tickets was a disappointment thanks to my wife she printed her ticket and my one was digital not a good experience

The audio tours are not compatible with Windows Phones, iPhone 5/5C or older, iPod Touch 5th generation or older, iPad 4th generation or older, iPad Mini 1st generation.

The app and audio guides require around 200-250 MB of space on your device.

Due to Greek Orthodox Good Friday observances, archaeological sites will have adjusted opening hours. Specifically, on Good Friday (May 3, 2024), sites will be open from noon until 6pm. Orthodox Holy Saturday (May 4, 2024) hours will be from 8am to 3pm.

The Acropolis Museum offers free admission on March 6 (Melina Mercouri Day), March 25 (National Holiday), May 18 (International Day of Museums), and October 28 (National Holiday).

Infants aged 0-5 and EU citizens under 25 receive free admission with valid ID directly from the ticket booth, while non-EU citizens under 25 receive reduced-price entry from April to October with valid ID.

Acropolis Museum

Wear sneakers or sports shoes along with comfortable clothing as this activity requires a fair amount of walking.

The museum will stay open until midnight on the full-moon day of August and European Museum Day.
