We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the Zoo Aquarium Madrid! Head Out made the reservation process smooth and easy. We entered with the mobile tickets that were sent to me via email with a bar code. We had zero issues entering and the information provided through the app was accurate and informative. I would use Head Out again to reserve for another family adventure. Highly recommend !

“Una experiencia increíble de principio a fin. Compramos las entradas con Headout y todo fue rápido y sencillo, sin colas ni complicaciones al entrar. El Zoo Aquarium de Madrid nos sorprendió muchísimo: las instalaciones están muy cuidadas, los animales parecen bien atendidos y hay una gran variedad de especies. Lo que más nos gustó fue el acuario y los espectáculos, especialmente el de los delfines, que fue emocionante y muy entretenido. Además, el personal fue amable en todo momento y había muchas zonas para descansar y comer. Pasamos un día completo lleno de momentos especiales y fotos preciosas. Sin duda, una visita totalmente recomendable para familias, parejas o cualquier amante de los animales. ¡Volveríamos otra vez!”

La verdad que fuimos muy ilusionado con la familia s ver el zoo y el personal nada simpático después de pagar un dineral por las entradas te siguen sangrando por cualquier producto que compres comida bebida y las instalaciones y animales muy descuidamos no nos fuimos bien fue una situación desagradable, hasta la niña se dió cuenta y tienen el próximo mes una excursión con el cole y ha dicho que no quiere volver

We had health isues and didn't even go to the water park. Unfortunately, we could not refund the ticket price, nor was it possible to change the date of the reservation.
