I used Headout to book tickets for Aquaventure Waterpark in Dubai — and it turned out to be one of the best water-park experiences I’ve ever had! From quick and hassle-free booking to seamless entry with QR code, everything was smooth. The slides were thrilling, the wave pool was huge and fun, and the staff were courteous and helpful. We spent nearly the full day there and had a blast — every ride was exciting, the lockers and shower facilities were clean, and there was good food available. IT WAS TOTALLY EXHILARATING FEELING. VERY WELL ORGANISED. THE WHOLE DUBAI SKYLINE, THE MARINA, AND PALM JUMEIRAH LOOKED MAGICAL AND WAS A VERY DIFFERENT FEELING WHICH WAS ENIGMATIC. THE CABINS ARE SUPER COMFORTABLE AND SPACIOUS, AND GETTING IN WAS A BREEZE. AFTER THE SMOOTH, SLOW RIDE WE STROLLED AROUND BLUEWATERS ISLAND, WHICH HAS TONS OF GREAT DINING OPTIONS. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Visiting Ain Dubai through Headout was a seamless and memorable experience. The ticket booking process was smooth, clear, and hassle-free. The views from the observation wheel were absolutely breathtaking, offering stunning panoramic sights of Dubai Marina, Bluewaters Island, and the skyline. The experience was well-organized, not overly crowded, and staff were professional and helpful throughout. It was truly a highlight of our trip and well worth it. Wonderful place, beautiful on a wheel and walk around it. The tallest wheel in the world. Surprised and impressed by its size and amenities. And one cabin can accommodate 8 people. Very beautiful panorama. I recommend it to everyone, very cool.

Visting Ain Dubai for the first time was very impressive for me. My parents also were with me, they also have got a wonderful experience. They will definitely share their experience with everyone when they go home. I've been living in the UAE since 2004, it's my 2nd home and i am proud to have such a beautiful places and rides here. We will definitely visit again and again! Well done by Ain Dubai staffs! They made our experience memorable!

What to bring

Bring a valid photo ID to match the name on your booking if requested at the entrance.

Carry your same-day ticket to validate parking for up to 4 hours at Bluewaters Island.

Dress appropriately and follow any dress code or conduct guidelines as posted by Ain Dubai.

Aquaventure Waterpark

Dress appropriately and follow the strict swimwear dress code: only one-piece/two-piece swimsuits, speedos, rash guards, board shorts, and burkinis are allowed.

What’s not allowed

Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the venue.

Alcoholic beverages are only allowed if specified in your ticket type.

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed for security reasons.

Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

Aquaventure Waterpark

Outside food & beverages, glassware, alcohol, selfie sticks, handheld GoPro, other action cameras, shoes, and aqua socks with thick and/or rubber soles are not allowed on this experience.

Abayas, sarees, cotton tops/bottoms, jeans, long pants, undergarments, street clothing, and sheer/see-through items or other materials deemed inappropriate are not allowed.

Regular nappies/diapers are not allowed in any pool or attraction. Swim nappies/diapers can be purchased at the venue.

Diving is not permitted anywhere in the resort or Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark.

Intoxicated guests will be refused entry to Aquaventure Waterpark.

Mobile phones are only allowed if safely secured in a waterproof neck pouch on Aquaventure Waterpark slides, except for the Vortex body slide.

Queue-jumping or saving a place in the queue is strictly prohibited. Guests who violate this policy may be asked to leave Aquaventure Waterpark. Guests may not exit a queue and return to the same position for any reason.

Child tickets apply to ages 3–12; adult tickets are for ages 12 and above.

Children aged 16 years and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 years or older.

Please be aware that cabin assignments for groups may be subject to change based on availability.

Guests must wait in line and board the next available cabin. Queue jumping is not permitted.

The number of guests permitted per cabin is subject to change based on current health and safety regulations. The standard maximum capacity is 40 passengers, with the exception of private cabins.

To ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, limitations may be imposed on the size and number of bags, backpacks, suitcases, and similar items permitted on board.

All bags will be inspected before entering the venue as a security measure.

F57 Bus is available from Jebel Ali metro bus stop to Bluewaters Island daily from 6am to midnight (Friday until 1am).

Validate your parking at the nearest ticket office by presenting your same-day ticket to enjoy up to 4 hours of free underground parking.

Follow all posted safety instructions and staff guidance during your visit.

Aquaventure Waterpark

Life jackets are available at different locations around Aquaventure Waterpark. Ask a lifeguard for assistance.

Life jackets are required for all swimmers under 1.2 meters (48”) and recommended for weak or inexperienced swimmers of all ages.

Children aged 3 years and above with a height exceeding 1.2 meters are permitted.

Locker and towel rentals are available within the waterpark for a small fee. Free locker and towel rental is available for guests who have opted for the Dolphin Meet & Greet upgrade.
