We are from South Africa, over 50 and first-time travellers, and honestly felt a bit overwhelmed and unsure how everything works in Dubai. While standing in the long line to buy tickets at Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark, I suggested to my husband that we skip the queue and try booking online. Being born BC (before computers), technology doesn’t come easily to us, but we took a leap of faith, downloaded the Headout app, booked our tickets, skipped the queue, and saved a whopping 100 dirhams! We were really impressed with Headout and the app is now permanently on my phone. We’ll definitely be using it again in the future, even back home in South Africa when we travel. Just wish we had known about it earlier in our trip to Dubai, as we could have saved quite a bit on other activities too.

We reached at Ain Dubai Entrance before 10 minutes and entry was smooth, was not too crowded. After some checks we entered at boarding point where entry to cabin was very comfortable and guided by their representative. We enjoyed rides very much, there were spectaculous views, we watched complete view of palm Jumeirah, JBR beach, Burj Al Arab and even skyline of Dubai was fabulous. This is must ride and should not be missed in Dubai Trip. My family enjoyed the wheel which is biggest in world and even walk around the area was feel good factor. Overall we are very satisfied with the ride and headout made is very comfortable for booking with 10% discount. Thanks

I had an incredible experience at Ain Dubai and was thoroughly impressed by the level of service. One of the best parts was that they keep a low number of people in each cabin, which allows for a much more comfortable and private atmosphere to enjoy the views. The entire process was easy to access from start to finish. The staff were remarkably professional and polite, ensuring everything ran smoothly. I also found the free lockers for bags to be a massive convenience, allowing me to enjoy the ride without any extra luggage. This is a must-visit for anyone looking for a premium, well-organized attraction!

Le parc est incroyable, immense, avec des toboggans super fun, en toute sécurité et une grande propreté. Evidemment il y a du monde et donc des files d'attente ...mais ça vaut le coup !

What to bring

Bring a valid photo ID to match the name on your booking if requested at the entrance.

Carry your same-day ticket to validate parking for up to 4 hours at Bluewaters Island.

Aquaventure Waterpark

Dress appropriately and follow the strict swimwear dress code: only one-piece/two-piece swimsuits, speedos, rash guards, board shorts, and burkinis are allowed.

What’s not allowed

Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the venue.

Alcoholic beverages are only allowed if specified in your ticket type.

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed for security reasons.

Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

Aquaventure Waterpark

Outside food & beverages, glassware, alcohol, selfie sticks, handheld GoPro, other action cameras, shoes, and aqua socks with thick and/or rubber soles are not allowed on this experience.

Abayas, sarees, cotton tops/bottoms, jeans, long pants, undergarments, street clothing, and sheer/see-through items or other materials deemed inappropriate are not allowed.

Regular nappies/diapers are not allowed in any pool or attraction. Swim nappies/diapers can be purchased at the venue.

Diving is not permitted anywhere in the resort or Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark.

Intoxicated guests will be refused entry to Aquaventure Waterpark.

Mobile phones are only allowed if safely secured in a waterproof neck pouch on Aquaventure Waterpark slides, except for the Vortex body slide.

Queue-jumping or saving a place in the queue is strictly prohibited. Guests who violate this policy may be asked to leave Aquaventure Waterpark. Guests may not exit a queue and return to the same position for any reason.

Guests must wait in line and board the next available cabin. Queue jumping is not permitted.

The number of guests permitted per cabin is subject to change based on current health and safety regulations. The standard maximum capacity is 40 passengers, with the exception of private cabins.

To ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, limitations may be imposed on the size and number of bags, backpacks, suitcases, and similar items permitted on board.

All bags will be inspected before entering the venue as a security measure.

F57 Bus is available from Jebel Ali metro bus stop to Bluewaters Island daily from 6am to midnight (Friday until 1am).

Validate your parking at the nearest ticket office by presenting your same-day ticket to enjoy up to 4 hours of free underground parking.

Aquaventure Waterpark

Life jackets are available at different locations around Aquaventure Waterpark. Ask a lifeguard for assistance.

Life jackets are required for all swimmers under 1.2 meters (48”) and recommended for weak or inexperienced swimmers of all ages.

Children aged 3 years and above with a height exceeding 1.2 meters are permitted.

Locker and towel rentals are available within the waterpark for a small fee. Free locker and towel rental is available for guests who have opted for the Dolphin Meet & Greet upgrade.
