We are from South Africa, over 50 and first-time travellers, and honestly felt a bit overwhelmed and unsure how everything works in Dubai. While standing in the long line to buy tickets at Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark, I suggested to my husband that we skip the queue and try booking online. Being born BC (before computers), technology doesn’t come easily to us, but we took a leap of faith, downloaded the Headout app, booked our tickets, skipped the queue, and saved a whopping 100 dirhams! We were really impressed with Headout and the app is now permanently on my phone. We’ll definitely be using it again in the future, even back home in South Africa when we travel. Just wish we had known about it earlier in our trip to Dubai, as we could have saved quite a bit on other activities too.

Parcul, facilitățile, toboganele și experiența în ansamblu au fost cu adevărat speciale. A fost mereu ceva de făcut pe tot parcursul zilei, iar timpul a trecut foarte repede. Dezavantajul a fost că au existat timpi de așteptare, care ar putea fi reduși prin utilizarea unui First Pass (foarte scump — chiar mai scump decât biletele în sine. Se plateste separat chiar si pentru dulapul in care ar trebui sa iti lasi hainele). Totuși, această opțiune s-a dovedit utilă, mai ales după-amiaza. Mâncarea a fost, în general, sub medie. Pe de altă parte, dimensiunea parcului și organizarea sa generală au fost excelente. Ne-am întoarce cu siguranță oricând

La intrare nu am avut nicio problemă, am prezentat biletele digitale și am intrat direct. Parcul Aquaventure este impresionant, cu tobogane spectaculoase și zone foarte bine organizate. A fost o zi excelentă, iar faptul că am putut evita cozile și să am totul pregătit dinainte a făcut experiența și mai plăcută. Recomand pentru o rezervare fără stres.

We had a great time at the waterpark! I recommend going early if you want to enjoy the attractions without long lines. Otherwise, it’s better to get the fast-line pass it’s really worth it if the park is crowded. The aquarium is beautiful although it’s not as big as you might expect

Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark is a great place for all tall and small :) Obsolutely great place where you can find fantastic sliders and a lot of adrenaline. Children don't want to leave :) Service on highest level. Last but not least coffee bot made me a coffee :)

“I had a very pleasant experience at Atlantis. The children went on the slides, while the parents relaxed on the beach. Very crowded at each slide. Without fast access, the waiting time would have been over 30 minutes, which is quite unpleasant

What's not allowed

Keep in mind outside food & beverages, glassware, alcohol, glassware, alcohol, selfie sticks, handheld GoPro, other action cameras, shoes, aqua socks with thick and/or rubber soles are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!

Strict dress code: Guests are allowed to wear one-piece/two-piece swimsuit, speedo, rash guard, board shorts, and burkini. Abayas, sarees, cotton tops/bottoms, jeans, long pants, undergarments, street clothing, and sheer/see-through items or other materials deemed inappropriate are not allowed.

Regular nappies/diapers are not allowed in any pool or attraction. Guests can purchase swim nappies/diapers from the gift shops in the venue.

Diving is not permitted anywhere in the resort or Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark.

Intoxicated guests will be refused entry to Aquaventure Waterpark.

Mobile phones are only allowed if safely secured in a waterproof neck pouch on Aquaventure Waterpark slides, except for the Vortex body slide.

Queue-jumping or saving a place in the queue is strictly prohibited. Guests who violate this policy may be asked to leave Aquaventure Waterpark. Guests may not exit a queue and return to the same position for any reason.

Accessibility

Your safety comes first. So, pregnant women and guests with back, neck, joint, and cardiac issues, injuries (casts, bandages, etc), or contagious diseases are restricted from participating in this experience.

Additional information

Life jackets are available at different locations around Aquaventure Waterpark. Ask a lifeguard for assistance.

Life jackets are required for all swimmers under 1.2 meters (48”) and recommended for weak or inexperienced swimmers of all ages.

Children aged 3 years and above with a height exceeding 1.2 meters are permitted.

Locker and towel rentals are available within the waterpark for a small fee. Free locker and towel rental is available for guests who have opted for the Dolphin Meet & Greet upgrade.
