The management using Headout was very simple and convenient, everything was made easier, and there was no need to queue for a long time to buy tickets. However, the timing for the combo package needs to be explained more clearly. When I bought the 10 a.m. ticket, I went to Aquaria first and then to the Petronas Twin Towers. The staff informed me that I needed to arrive at the Petronas Twin Towers 15 minutes earlier. The ticket only stated one time slot for the Aquaria + Petronas Twin Towers combo. For improvement, perhaps Headout could suggest that customers visit the Petronas Twin Towers first according to the scheduled time, and then go to Aquaria afterward. But overall, everything was enjoyable and wonderful! an experience I’ll remember forever.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5 I visited the KLCC Aquarium today and overall had a really nice experience! The place is clean, well-organized, and very suitable for families with kids. My little one really enjoyed watching the fishes and walking through the underwater tunnel — it’s truly a beautiful view. However, I think it would be even better if there were more kinds of animals or sea creatures to see. The ticket price is quite high, so having more variety would make it feel more worth it. Still, it’s a great place to spend a few hours learning and exploring about marine life. I’d recommend it for families, couples, or anyone who loves aquariums!

My experience at Aquaria KLCC was absolutely amazing and far better than I expected. The place is clean, informative, and enjoyable for all ages. The shark tunnel was definitely the highlight — it truly feels like being under the ocean with sharks and stingrays swimming so close, and the feeding show made it even more memorable. Purchasing tickets through Headout was super smooth and convenient; confirmation was instant and I could enter by scanning without waiting in line. The price was also better than other platforms. This experience is totally worth it and I highly recommend it.

Hi, there are must be improvemen when they facilities like lift are not working when there are some parents bring their kids with stroller . The team must standy to assist and not just stand and give the insturtion without helping . Some of parent need to hold/ carry his baby and other hand bring their baby/ kid storller.
