Antelope Canyon is fascinating. The colors and textures are almost surreal. Everything looked like you could reach out and make it wave. Our tour guide, Kaila, did a wonderful job of describing what we were experiencing. Pointing out the features made it fun. She was polite and appreciative of our age. The history of the canyon was insightful and gave us lots to think about. All in all we put Antelope Canyon as a highlight of our 12 day adventure from Arches to the Grand Canyon. Antelope Canyon was just as Grand.

We had such a great tour of Upper Antelope Canyon with our guide Tomei. He did an exceptional job of explaining the process of the canyons, helping everyone with taking our pictures and getting our phone settings set to get better pictures and helped our group learn about the Navajo culture and understand the significance of the Navajo contributions to our country. Very comfortable shuttle to take us to and from the canyon. I highly recommend this company for your trip.

Everything went off like clockwork. The facilities where we waited were excellent and very comfortable. Once we got to the canyon, the way everybody's groups were set up and scheduled through the canyon itself made for easy convenient picture taking and a good flow. Our tour guide was very educational and friendly. She helped us out and allowed people to take pictures and selfies so that they could share them with their friends and families. A great experience.

Carson was our guide and was so interesting and full of knowledge about the Navah Jo Carson was our guide and was so knowledgeable about the Navajo traditions and told us about his family. He took some excellent pictures for us and played his flute , which was beautiful. We had a small group,and he spent a lot of time with us. We couldn't have had a better tour! It was so special.

Brandon was our guide. He took his time with our group, pointing out interesting features in the rock formations. He was very helpful , showing us how to use our cameras to take the best pictures. He even went out of his way to pick us up, so our group didn't have to walk so far at the end of our tour. We enjoyed hearing his stories about growing up in the area. Wonderful tour and guide!

EVERYTHING! The canyon was beyond amazing and our tour leader Carson was exceptional and extremely knowledgeable. Showed us so many things in the canyon and took some amazing pictures using our camera. He did this for everyone in his group. Would definitely book with Antelope upper canyon tours again!! Thank you for a beautiful and brilliant experience we will never forget.

The guide David was really great, he knew every nice photo spot and took photos of us and also of the nice spot. He was so into the tour, he took us thru untracked path which we loved! Just a small negative experience, girl in reception wasn't so friendly and she was bored to tell us more about where we has to be (where is the bus spot) and when. We had to ask her twice, but she didn't say anything, just hmmm. Also little reminder, you should write in your informations that people has to check their time difference, because we travelled from Kayenta and the time jumped backwards and towards and we arrived 2 hours before the tour.

We had a wonderful time our tour guide Clinton was THE BEST!!! Will definitely recommend this tour to my friends and family! it was a very peaceful feeling down in the canyon and the history that Clinton told us about on the right over there just made it that much better, we will definitely be back with a large larger group!

Everything was great and the tour guide was awesome . We brought three young adults from three diff countries in europe for this experience. They were in awe by the beauty.I wished we would of gone later in the day for better lighting. I absolutely will go back at a later date and choose to go at a later time.

We absolutely loved the tour! Our guide Sonny was so awesome. He shared his knowledge not only of the canyon but photography tips to help capture the amazing beauty of the slot canyons. We left with the beautiful photos he took of our group and memories to last a lifetime!

The tour was done with a knowledgeable guide. Luckily we were taken to the site in a shuttle bus that handled the rough river bed drive into the canyon very well. Even with cloud weather, the canyon was amazing to see. Well worth the trip.

What's not allowed

Please refrain from touching the canyon walls, as they are fragile, and it can accelerate the sandstone erosion process.

Keep in mind that bags, tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, and pets are not allowed on the tour, so pack light!

Video recording and flash photography are prohibited, but feel free to take photos.

Hiking sticks, canes, or walkers are not allowed inside the canyons.

Accessibility

Upper Antelope Canyon is on relatively flat terrain, but keep in mind that the exit part of the tour involves stairs.

This experience is not recommended for pregnant individuals or anyone who may struggle physically to complete the hike.

Children under the age of 7 are not allowed to participate in the tour.

The tour is not wheelchair or stroller accessible.

Additional information

All tours are based on Mountain Standard Time, which is the same all year round (same as Phoenix, AZ, and Page, AZ).

It is recommended to wear good sneakers for optimal comfort during your experience.

Offer a $3-$5 per person tip to your Navajo guide as gratuities. Keep extra cash with you for the same.

Arrive at your tour location at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.

There are no restrooms within the canyons.
