Both venues were very easy to get to. The Stadium tour was very well organised with the self guided audio, there was also support available if required. Really enjoyed the canal tour it was a very relaxing experience. We were welcomed on board and they ensured everyone's audio was working correctly, very informative tour would definitely recommend.

A super stadium. I chose the self-guided tour and listened to the recorded information on the device provide at the start. Delighted to get the photos taken which magically put me in the stadium and with silverware. I did make a purchase to celebrate my visit. Standing on the pitch, taking in the size of the stadium took my breath away. I can imagine that any opposing player would be intimidated with the home support making it clear there is only 1 team allowed to win. I'd love to have the opportunity to come back and watch a game!

The experience is good and the Stadium is incredible. Five stars Stadium for us. Tour inside the Stadium is very nice, and you can visit the main important areas of it. The only negative point is that the audioguide is not available in Spanish, although the club's website indicates that it is available when you buy tickets. For us this was a major inconvenience as well as seeming to be a deception since the website indicates that it is available.

Dello stadio mi è piaciuto praticamente tutto soprattutto l'organizzazione e anche ogni reparto come lo spogliatoio e soprattutto servizio ottimo, io sono italiano e devo dire che in Italia non ho visto uno stadio così

Très impressionnant l'arrivée dans le stade, même s'il était vide, l'enceinte est magnifique. J'aimerais un jour y revenir pour voir un match. Les vestiaires locaux sont également impressionnants. Ce stade est magnifique !!!
