Important Information

Pick-ups will be in a Sedan (Perodua Viva or similar) that accommodates up to 3 passengers with 2–3 pieces of 24" luggage.

A grace period of 90 minutes after arrival will apply for airport pick-up.

Timings

This is a 24-hour service.

Daytime pick-ups are available from 8am-7:59pm.

Nighttime pick-ups are available from 8pm - 7:59am.

Airport Pick Up

Meet your driver at the Kota Kinabalu International Airport Terminal 1.

Your driver will be waiting with a signboard with your name for easy recognition.

You will then get dropped off at your hotel/specified address.

Airport Drop Off

Your driver will arrive at your hotel/accommodation to pick you up.

On the day of your transfer, please report at your hotel lobby 10-15 min prior to your scheduled departure.

If your hotel/accommodation does not have a lobby, please wait at the entrance of the hotel.
