It was the first time I used a lounge and I loved it. The food and drinks were excellent and the service was great. I also loved the fact that you could use 'chambers' to take a nap in a comfortable chair. I just think the communication could have been better upon arrival, otherwise I would have given 5 ⭐️. I would have liked the complimentary massage but didn't know I had to ask for a number at the reception desk. By the time I knew it was too late. But a lovely lounge nevertheless.

The lounge is a really relaxing space to visit pre-flight. There a quite a lot of lounges in Suvarnabhumi Airport, and locating this particualr lounge was a bit of challenge, but once in, it was really good (on a wider note, the general signage at the airport wasn't the best). In the lounge, thre was plenty of food to tuck into, and the quality was very good. I also used the shower room facility, and that was superb to be able to freshen up before flying

I was genuinely impressed by how the front counter staff assisted me, taking the time to clearly explain how the facility operates since I didn’t have a booking. I was equally pleased with the variety and quality of the food and beverages offered, as well as the comfortable and well-organized seating arrangement.

Lovely venue . The hot food was cold ,and the choices were limited .Need an Indian curry in the menu .Also need hot plates for hot food please! Love the fresh fruit and the salads Ice cream was good too Excellent variety of soft and alcoholic drinks

Outstanding personnel, are there to help with every need. The lounge offers main course meals (loads of options), desserts, cakes and loafs of drink options. Toilets and showers are clean. Very enjoyable experience

The atmosphere is relaxed and the service is excellent. However, they should improve the wait time for massages. I waited three hours in the room and still couldn't get my massage.
