Wir haben das erste Mal über headout das Kombiangebot Green Planet und Ain Dubai gebucht und waren begeistert. Alles hat wunderbar, wie im Insertat beschrieben funktioniert. Mit den digitalen Vouchern konnten wir an den angegebenen Stellen in Tickets tauschen. Nach der Einlösung der ersten Attraktione hat man 7 Tage Zeit, die Zweite zu besuchen. Das Ain Dubai kann bis 16.30 Uhr und dann wieder ab 20.00 Uhr besucht werden. Die Sonnenuntergangszeit ist bei diesem Ticket ausgenommen was aber nicht schlimm ist. Die Aussicht ist auch bei Tag oder Nacht spektakulär. Da alles so prima geklappt hat haben wir nochmal über headout gebucht und wurden auch dieses Mal nicht enttäuscht. Tolles Erlebnisse für faires Geld!

IT WAS TOTALLY EXHILARATING FEELING. VERY WELL ORGANISED. THE WHOLE DUBAI SKYLINE, THE MARINA, AND PALM JUMEIRAH LOOKED MAGICAL AND WAS A VERY DIFFERENT FEELING WHICH WAS ENIGMATIC. THE CABINS ARE SUPER COMFORTABLE AND SPACIOUS, AND GETTING IN WAS A BREEZE. AFTER THE SMOOTH, SLOW RIDE WE STROLLED AROUND BLUEWATERS ISLAND, WHICH HAS TONS OF GREAT DINING OPTIONS. IT'S A MUST-DO FOR STUNNING CITY VIEWS AND A RELAXING, YET GRAND, EXPERIENCE! WE ALL LOVED IT. THANK YOU HEADOUT FOR THE TICKETS AND YOUR ADVERTISEMENT FROM WHICH WE COULD AVAIL THIS OPTION. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Visiting Ain Dubai through Headout was a seamless and memorable experience. The ticket booking process was smooth, clear, and hassle-free. The views from the observation wheel were absolutely breathtaking, offering stunning panoramic sights of Dubai Marina, Bluewaters Island, and the skyline. The experience was well-organized, not overly crowded, and staff were professional and helpful throughout. It was truly a highlight of our trip and well worth it. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Dubai!

Great experience at both attractions. Wonderful experiences with birds and animals so close, very thoughtful and knowledgable employees. Happy that Ain Dubai is finally open and not that overrun. Even parking was included in this offer, simply everything perfect organized.

Wonderful place, beautiful on a wheel and walk around it. The tallest wheel in the world. Surprised and impressed by its size and amenities. And one cabin can accommodate 8 people. Very beautiful panorama. I recommend it to everyone, very cool.

Ain Dubai is the world’s largest observation wheel, offering a unique vantage point over Dubai’s iconic skyline and coastline. Opened in 2021, this landmark stands at over 250 meters, redefining the city’s waterfront experience.

What to bring

Bring a valid photo ID to match the name on your booking if requested at the entrance.

Carry your same-day ticket to validate parking for up to 4 hours at Bluewaters Island.

Dress appropriately and follow any dress code or conduct guidelines as posted by Ain Dubai.

What’s not allowed

Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the venue.

Alcoholic beverages are only allowed if specified in your ticket type (e.g., Premium with Bubbly or House Beverage/Cocktail).

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed for security reasons.

Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

Accessibility

This experience is accessible by wheelchair and pram/stroller.

Additional information

Children under 3 enter free but must be accompanied by an adult.

Child tickets apply to ages 3–12; adult tickets are for ages 12 and above.

Children aged 16 years and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 years or older.

Please be aware that cabin assignments for groups may be subject to change based on availability.

Guests must wait in line and board the next available cabin. Queue jumping is not permitted.

The number of guests permitted per cabin is subject to change based on current health and safety regulations. The standard maximum capacity is 40 passengers, with the exception of private cabins.

To ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, limitations may be imposed on the size and number of bags, backpacks, suitcases, and similar items permitted on board.

All bags will be inspected before entering the venue as a security measure.

F57 Bus is available from Jebel Ali metro bus stop to Bluewaters Island daily from 6am to midnight (Friday until 1am).

Validate your parking at the nearest ticket office by presenting your same-day ticket to enjoy up to 4 hours of free underground parking.

Follow all posted safety instructions and staff guidance during your visit.
