• Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are prohibited inside the cabins and lounge areas.

• Tips and gratuities are not included and are optional.

• Additional in-cabin purchases, arcade games, and some plaza activities may incur extra charges.

Accessibility

• Ain Dubai is wheelchair accessible, with ramps and elevators available throughout the venue.

• Accessible restrooms are available on site. Staff are trained to assist visitors with mobility needs.

Additional information

• Children under 3 years enter free but must be accompanied by an adult.

• Child tickets apply to ages 3–11; adult tickets for ages 12 and above.

• Arrive early to allow time for security, check-in, and pre-ride activities.

• Some cabins and experiences may have age restrictions for alcoholic beverages; alcoholic drinks are served only to guests of legal drinking age.

• The experience duration is approximately 38 minutes per ride.

• For a smoother experience, arrive ahead of your scheduled time to allow for security and check-in procedures.

• Children aged 16 years and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 years or older.

• Alcoholic beverages will not be served to guests aged under 21 years old.

• Please be aware that cabin assignments for groups may be subject to change based on availability.

• The number of guests permitted per cabin is subject to change based on current health and safety regulations. The standard maximum capacity is 40 passengers, with the exception of private cabins.

  • Mon–Fri: 12pm – 3:30pm & 7pm to 8pm

  • Sat–Sun: 11am – 3:30pm & 7pm to 8pm

• Prime hours (from 1st Jan 2026): 4:30pm to 7pm

Getting There

Ain Dubai is located on Bluewaters, opposite Caesar’s Palace Bluewaters Dubai, and near other top-rated Dubai tourist attractions. The ticket office is located at the base of Ain Dubai, but we highly recommend you book in advance to avoid disappointment.

From Dubai:

• Take the Sheikh Zayed Road E11 towards Abu Dhabi.
• Exit at junction 31 towards Al Azraq Street.
• Follow the Bluewaters/ Ain Dubai Signs.

From Abu Dhabi:

• Take the E11 Sheikh Zayed Road towards Dubai.
• Exit at junction 29 for Garn Al Sabkha St/D59 E.
• Merge onto Garn Al Sabkha St/D59.
• Follow the Bluewaters/Ain Dubai Signs.
