Guests are required to present their Ferrari World E-tickets to board the bus.

Some rides, attractions, shows, or outlets may be unavailable during your visit due to scheduled maintenance or other unforeseen circumstances.

An adult must accompany children under the age of 12 at all times.

Guests are allowed to exit and re-enter the park on the same day by obtaining a hand stamp at the exit.

For the 2-day pass, activate within 9 months of purchase; once you visit the first park, you must use the second visit within 6 days.

If you are upgrading your ticket for a 1-day pass which grants you access to any two of Yas Island's theme parks then both parks need to be visited on the same day with this ticket.

Please note that multi-park ticket holders at Yas Island theme parks will enter using face scan at the turnstiles. Guests must register by scanning the QR code on their ticket, selecting Register Face Tag, entering personal details, accepting the terms, and uploading a face photo. Each guest must complete their own registration, and it is recommended to do this in advance to avoid entry delays. Alternatively, guests can register via the Yas Island App or visit Guest Services with a passport or Emirates ID. A tutorial video is available here.
