Mit den Tickets von Headout hat alles super geklappt. Wir hatten den Transfer von Paris zum Zielort sowie den Eintritt für Schloss Versailles und die Gärten gebucht. Am Treffpunkt wurden wir freundlich begrüßt und eingewiesen. Ein Bus brachte uns pünktlich zum Schloss Versailles. Von da an konnten wir Schloss und Gärten auf eigene Faust erkunden. Die Möglichkeit des Transfers zurück nach Paris war möglich, haben wir jedoch nicht genutzt, da wir uns noch lange dort aufgehalten haben. Ein wunderschöner Tag.

No existió una guía que aclarara las dudas, esperaba una visita con el guía expicando y manejando los tiempos para optimizar, sin embargo nos dejaron en la puerta de entrada sin ninguna explicación más que decir el horario de salida que francamente también fue un fiasco porque no los encontramos y terminamos (todo el grupo) molestos pidiendo ayuda a otros guías

The PDF ticket I sent via Headout <bookings@headout.com> at 2:36 PM 12.07.2025 was also rejected. We did not use the attractions and are disappointed with the entire situation. We are asking for a full refund.

The tour bus never showed up. We waited under the rain for over an hour. The phone number provided +33 0 14 45 56 00 was out of service. I called the UK team and they never followed up. First and last time using this company. Terrible experience. I think this is a scam.
