    Really wanted a shower after work, before a flight to KK. Walked from the MRT via Terminal 2, and the signage was super clear & easy. They issued out disposable towels, soap and shampoo was provided. Had lunch after and food is super good.

    It's was a very cozy and calm atmosphere perfect to rest a bit. The snacks and drinks provided were very tasty. In additional a good variation of warm meals.

    Easy to book, staff friendly and helpful, a quiet place to pass some time while waiting for your next flight. Changi is a beautiful airport with alot to offer passengers in transit, Ambassador provides an option that gives you relief from the bustle and is great value for money.

    All staff excellent as normal. Was busy and seating was a struggle. Showers were extremely clean and staff very helpful.

    Great to get out of the noise and hustle of the airport. Unfortunately toilets were very few and not at all clean each time my husband and I used them. Great to have food available.

    This was our first time using the Ambassadors Lounge so we have nothing to compare it too. We had some delicious snacks & a great rest between flights. We have another delay between flights on our way home so may book again.

    Lounge staff, facilities and food selection is very good. However I consider uncontrolled children should not be allowed within these facilities. I consider the lounge staff should be be able to ask parents to take better responsibility.

    I liked the booth where I stayed in. It was at the rear area near the toilet. The single person booth was proportionally covered so that the surrounding noises didn't cause much distraction.
