En general el viaje fue bueno, hay ciertas puntualizaciones que debo hacer: se han cancelado dos viajes de los que había programado de 1 me avisaron y tuve que volver a pagar y del otro no me avisaron y era en la noche. No me parece bien poner un tren si después lo van a cancelar. Asimismo, uno de mis viajes terminaba en Ventimiglia a las 2:15 de la madrugada y hacía una conexión desde la misma estación a las 4:45 a Milano. Nos hicieron salir a la calle en Ventimiglia porque cerraba la estación hasta las 4:30 de la madrugada. Es decir más de 2 horas tuve que esperar en la calle con frío y peligrando ser asaltado. No me parece correcto ofrecer ese tren ni esa estación a ese horario.

Very easy app and practical. The planner is great!!! Especially when travelling to different cities. However some of the transfer times are extremely short for who travels for a longer period of time with luggage. There is one of our rides with 3 minutes for change, not allowing any room for delays, which happen in wintertime. The solution was to travel very early in the morning in a train which had no connection, which was the only possibility in the day. It would be great if in the app a connection ride could be modified in time, allowing for delays.

Muy buena la cantidad de servicios y horarios de los trenes disponibles. Muy complicada y poco amigable la aplicacion y su funcionamiento. No es sencilla ni intuitiva, dificil de encontrar las reservaciones y tickets, y se complica con un servicio de wifi regular. La aplicacion Rail Planner debe mejorarse es dificil de usar.

Seamless activation

Your Eurail Pass is fully mobile! Activate it in the Rail Planner App using the Pass Number from your confirmation email.

What's not allowed

This pass cannot be sold or used by residents of Europe, the Russian Federation, and Turkey.

The pass isn't valid in your country of residence, except for two journeys – one to leave and one to return.

Seat/bed reservations for mandatory trains are an extra cost and may be limited, so booking in advance via the Rail Planner app or at the station is recommended.

4/5/7-day passes are valid for 30 days after activation, and 10/15-day passes are valid for 60 days after activation.
