The tour guide, Mindy, was excellent. She was well informed and treated everyone with respect. She answered children's questions as well as adults. She had a good sense of himor and made the afternoon fly by. I highly recommend her and would take another tour with her.

Easy to book. A lot of people, but that's to be expected...the checks are quick and the shuttle service is well organised to connect the 2 islands. The 2 museums (Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island) are very well done. I particularly recommend the audio guide for the visit to Ellis Island. It's a must-see that we don't regret.

9/11 was without doubt the stand out. I remember exactly where I was on that fateful day in the UK. Being here in amongst the memorial museum was emotional but was an experience that really touched me.

The staff were impeccable. The tour amazing and surprisingly. Tha only things is that yesterday 10/23 4:30pm pier 36 was a changed and that made my plans going confused. I lost like 1:30 going to the pier and come back to the right place because nobody told me about the changed. No call, no email and no text.
