What to bring

A valid physical driving licence (A1, T, A or B category) is mandatory for all drivers; digital or photo copies aren’t accepted.

Layer up with thermal underclothes, warm socks, a hat, and gloves to stay comfortable under the provided winter gear.

Carry a water bottle to keep yourself hydrated during the tour.

What’s not allowed

Driving a snowmobile under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden under Finnish law.

Alcohol and snacks are not included and should not be brought along.

This experience isn’t suitable for guests with heart conditions or serious medical issues.

This tour is not wheelchair accessible.

Drivers must be 18 years or older and hold a valid physical driving licence.

The total experience lasts around 4 hours, including transfers, with 2–2.5 hours spent snowmobiling.

Two adults share one snowmobile; a single-rider supplement is available for an extra charge.

Hotel pick-up and drop-off are available outside the city centre, with additional fees for locations 10 km or more away and select resorts.

Guests staying in the city centre should arrive directly at the Wild About Lapland Office, Rovakatu 24, 96200 Rovaniemi.

In case of an accident, the driver is responsible for damages up to €1000 per person.

Pick-ups begin 10–60 minutes before departure; your exact time will be confirmed via email.
