Es war ein schöner Tag, da wir online die Tickets gebucht haben sollten wir einen QR Code freischalten, das ist immer für ältere Leute erschwerlich, wir sind in Dresden dann am Hafen zum Ticketschalter gegangen und haben die Tickets dort erhalten das Schiff legte auch an einer anderen stand. Das Schiff legte Pünktlich ab und der Tag war sehr schön. Auch Pillnitz sehr schön. Für 2 Stunden Aufenthalt leider nicht möglich sich etwas anzuschauen. Aber das klappt vieleicht ein andermal.Danke ans Team der Schiffe, sehr nett. CH

A welcome surprise Attentive bar staff Commentary in German and English, clear, informative and concise. Outward journey was against the current, return with, so journey time was 2/3 - 1/3, ideal All the seating was with a table, and covered against the weather

Das Wetter war toll und die Schiffsbesatzung freundlich! Dafür hätte ich ein ausgezeichnet gegeben. Den Abzug gibt es für das Buchungssystem über die amerikanische App Headout. Vor der Buchung war nicht ersichtlich, dass ich die Tickets nur bekomme, wenn ich eine App lade... Der Treffpunkt war falsch angegeben und verlinkt und überhaupt finde ich nicht gut, dass hier nur auf englisch kommuniziert wird und dann noch falsche Angaben gemacht werden... Die Tour nach Pilnitz ist bei schönem Wetter empfehlenswert! Auf dem Vorschiff waren die Lautsprecherdurchsagen nur auf englisch gut zu verstehen, der deutsche Sprecher war viel zu leise.

Wir sind mit zwei Schiffen gefahren, mit der "Leipzig" und der "Dresden" und die Schiffe sind top in Ordnung, sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist total nett, die Speisen und Getränke lecker und preislich sehr in Ordnung. Die Erklärung zu den Schlössern war sehr informativ aber nicht überladen. Rundum gelungen und wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.
