Getting started
Your meeting point varies by option, check your booking confirmation for the exact location. For both variants, meet your multilingual guide at the customer service desk next to the ticket office at Plaza de la Encarnación. Your guide will take you straight past the ticket queue and up to the walkways.
What to expect

Setas de Sevilla: Rising 27 metres above Plaza de la Encarnación, Setas de Sevilla, officially the Metropol Parasol, is the world's largest wooden structure. Your guide introduces the architecture, its story, and what you're looking at before you even step onto the walkway.

360° Walkway & Viewpoint: Stroll 250 metres along the serpentine elevated walkway with your guide calling out the city's landmarks, the Giralda, the Cathedral, the Alcázar, and Seville's rooftops stretching to every horizon.

Smartglasses VR Experience: At the viewpoint, don your smartglasses and watch Seville's skyline transform into ancient Hispalis, the Roman city that once stood on this very ground. The 3D content works as both a VR experience and an interpretive guide, layering history onto what you're physically standing above.

Aurora: After sunset, the structure lights up with Aurora, the largest immersive AI-powered LED light and sound show in the world. It responds to real-time data like crowd size and temperature, so every evening plays out differently. Evening tour guests catch this as part of the experience.
