Love the experience at One World Observatory and 9/11 Memorial & Museum. The 9/11 Memorial & Museum was a very meaningful and heartbreaking experience. Especially having an in-depth knowledge behind the building and construction of the Twin Towers and also the stories of the survivors and those who have perished from the 9/11 attack. The One World Observatory was a wonderful experience. It was a breathtaking experience to see the 360 view from the top.

We rode the bus on Nov 7. It was our very first time to NYC. My brother is disabled and is in a wheelchair. The bus staff were absolutely fantastic. They helped with my brother. They were informative about the locations and places to enjoy. All the staff we encountered had great energy and you could tell they enjoyed their job. The bus was a big highlight of our trip. We will definitely be back!

They sold so many tickets that every stop had lines of people to get on and the buses would keep telling us they were full already. At one stop after getting passed up by a 3rd bus we just started walking. Walked 25,000 steps that day. Never was informed we could get an audio app. Audio on bus was 50/50 as to whether it even worked

The tour was great but Headout is not a credital company. They charged me twice for the same tour and will not refund my money. It was only 3 people on the tour but they have charged me twice. The bus and the drivers were great but company itself SUCKS

Since my ticket(s) wasn't on my phone, (I purchased them on my laptop) I depended on two customer service persons at the reception desk to obtain tickets from "headout." Since I was late for the first reservation, it was suggested that I go to the 9/11 Museum first, then come back to One World Observatory. The Museum was just what I expected it to be ... touching and "real." And the resilience of the people of the city, the state, and those who came from other states, and countries, to both search and rebuild speaks to the goodness in humanity. The views of the city from One World Observatory were outstanding, and being a former New Yorker - or Brooklynite to be specific - it was good to be able to see the changes to the city since I moved to Colorado thirty-three years ago. I am grateful/thankful to the "headout" associates, who working with the customer service personnel at One World Observatory obtained my tickets for me.

The buses were on time and clean. However, the driver did not say anything to anyone. He pointed to the earphones and did not even mention the maps that were available. It was a cold, windy day and the air was blowing on me and I could not turn it off. It would have been nice to have some heat to warm you up between stops. I expected to have a live person on board to answer questions or at least step on at the stops as I have experienced on other cities.
