The Reindeer Sledding (30 min activity) is subject to good snow conditions and sometimes we have to adjust the duration of this activity. If the weather/snow conditions don't allow us to run the sled ride at all, we will offer you a partial refund. It can change very quickly in the Arctic and sometimes it happens with short notice. The rest of the tour will be held as normal.
