From Toronto: Niagara Falls Day Tour with Optional Add-Ons

We had an amazing experience with Gide Bernad on our trip to Niagara Falls! He was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the journey. From start to finish, everything was smooth and well-organized. Une journée pleine de découverte, cela permet de voir plusieurs choses en une seule journée. Mais ne parlant pas anglais, il était difficile pour nous de comprendre notre guide.

Very very nice organization, perfectly on time with some more activities even. Michael is a top guide, taking care of everyone, answering to all questions and expectations. During the tour comments were brilliant. We did it in family (4 p.) and we absolutely recommend this Queen tour with Michael. Thanks again.

Everything on the tour was exceptional except the most Important thing which is time. It wasn't enough to do everything we paid for, and it was the most expected, the Hornblower, which was irritating because we needed to choose between been left by the bus or going into the boat. Second, due to the lack of time, we never got to see Niagara by the lake through the tour itself but we had to walk down by our own. Finally, we paid for a 9 hours tour, and the guide told us we where just going to be there from 10:30am to 1:45 pm, and taking into account the going to and coming back, this tour wasnt even 6 hours long (we left the hotel at 8:18 am exactly). You need to give what you say in your webpage and give enough time to do everything. I lost my money which i paid for the Hornblower Cruise unfortunately.

Overall, it was a very well-organized and enjoyable experience. The tour guide was very polite and helpful, answering all our questions. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a memorable trip to Niagara falls.

Great trip & well organised. Didn't take the helicopter option offered on the bus for a special rate, but felt that Skylon view was as good & better for pics.
