This tour was everything we hoped for and more. Mt. Fuji herself made a dramatic appearance right at the end of the day—truly the icing on the cake! We also visited a few shrines along the way. While shrines aren’t usually my thing, I have to admit the grounds were serene and beautiful. A huge shoutout to our guide, Erik—he was the real MVP. Cute, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable, he made the whole experience feel personal and fun. He didn’t just guide us through the tour; he offered to help with any questions we had about Tokyo for the rest of our stay. It felt like we had a local friend in our corner. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Japan. Mt. Fuji, culture, and Erik—what more could you ask for?

We had the absolute best experience on our Mount Fuji tour with our tour guide, Wanting! From start to finish, she was exceptional — incredibly knowledgeable about the history and culture of Japan, and she shared fascinating insights that made every stop along the way so meaningful. We were so fortunate to have one of the 100 good days a year where we could see Fuji-san clearly all day. This is a long tour...but there is so much to see. Beginning with the Shrine at Hakone (make sure to in line for pictures at the large Torii gate by the water), then the pirate ship ride to the aerial car that takes you to the sulfur fields and "black eggs". There are several opportunities to catch Fuji-san. Then we wrapped up at the 8 oceans in the Haka Village where water from Mt Fuji flows after it has been filtered and fortified.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Tag rund um den Fuji mit Kousei. Obwohl alle Spots straff geplant waren, blieb genügend Zeit, alles in Ruhe zu erkunden. Kousei kümmerte sich rührend um jeden einzelnen, obwohl wir viele waren, und wusste genau, wer alles zu seiner Gruppe gehörte. Er erzählte kleine Geschichten rund um die Orte, die wir besuchten und durch die wir fuhren. Und Herr Fuji war auch sehr einsichtig und zeigte sein weiß beschaltes Haupt. Ein Lob an unseren Busfahrer, der sehr umsichtig und sicher fuhr. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Tag.

Jack was an exceptional guide, keeping us on time & informed from the evening before to the end of the tour! We saw A LOT in one day which was worth the time & money. Highly recommend this tour - you will see & expereince all you need to! DO the pirate ship experience AND the lunch option - it's very well priced and worth it! Note: Saturdays are a busy day and lots of traffic, if I had more time, I'd do this on a weekday.

The Hakone Mt Fuji tour was definitely one of the highlights of visiting Tokyo. Our guide Erik was very informative, funny and ensured the day was organised and enjoyable. He kept the group entertained while sharing valuable insights about each site and made sure we had the best experience possible. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Japan.

Jake was a wonderful tour guide keeping us on track and providing information on our stops. Overall, I enjoyed the trip and we were fortunate to have views of Mt Fuji's peak throughout the day.
