I really loved visiting the Basilica Cistern — it’s one of the most magical places in Istanbul. The underground atmosphere, soft lights, and reflections on the water make it feel mysterious and peaceful at the same time. The Medusa heads are fascinating and definitely worth seeing up close. It’s also a great spot for beautiful photos and a nice break from the heat outside. I highly recommend visiting early in the morning to avoid crowds.

Great experience. Booking 'skip the line' ticket was easy and quick. No waiting in the queue - entry gained within five minutes. Really long queue to purchase at-the-door/entrance tickets, so this was awesome. What a structure and construction: The Basilica Cistern is a mind boggling construction of great ingenuity!! Really enjoyed getting the opportunity to view such an historical construction.

Basilica Cistern was built in the 6th century. It provided water to the Topkapi palace etc. It was so beautiful and magnificent to see the number of cisterns built symmetrically in those days. Am in total awe of how innovative they were. (C$120 for 2). The cistern was used as a location in James bond movie - from Russia with love.

The experience was amazing. We skipped a huge line for tickets by buying them online. It was raining, so we were very happy not to stand in the rain. The Basilica Cistern was incredible. It was crowded, but it was manageable to get a good photo.

Una meraviglia veramente una cosa spaventosa subterania creata a mano centinaia di anni fa che ancora mantene una città sopra di lei con acqua niente odori cattivi tenuta sui pali... E da vedere una cosa bellissima consigliò dovete vederla!!!

The only thing I would comment is that when I try to find location of basilica Google maps point me to the exit of basilica. So it would be good to point correct location of enter to basilica in Google maps
