The Hunter Valley Gardens is the perfect place for peaceful reflection and true appreciation for nature. That said, it is also littered with fun-filled events and activities, and adrenaline-fueled rides to partake in, so don’t be fooled by the name! Head over to the Rose Garden, Italian Grotto, Sunken Garden, or Chinese Garden (from a long list of options) and feel at peace with nature. When you’re ready for some fun, make an appearance at the events. Christmas Lights Spectacular, Carnival of Color, Rose Spectacular, and more, will pique your interest! Finally, give into the thrilling rides, like the Swing Chair, the Carousel, the Ferris Wheel, Inflatables, and the Superslides- guaranteeing a fun day out with your loved ones!
COVID-19 Safety Measures
At Hunter Valley Gardens the health and safety of our customers and staff are our top priority. We wish to reassure everyone that we follow strict health and safety regulations and are adopting the recommendations of the NSW Government:
- Hunter Valley Gardens must adhere to capacity restrictions. Please don’t bring additional guests that do not have a pre-purchased ticket,
- Sanitiser stations will be available at entry points, rides, and at various points throughout the Gardens
- All guests, including children with free passes, must have a valid ticket
- For your safety, please wear a face mask while entering the gardens and maintain social distancing as much as you can
Important Information
- This attraction is wheelchair, pram, and stroller accessible
- Registered guide dogs and companion dogs are allowed into the Gardens with their owners. No other pets allowed
- Please wear sensible footwear as the Hunter Valley Gardens is located on a 25-hectare site

Daily from 8:00 AM- 12:30 PM & 1:30 PM- 6:00 PM
- Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly
- Please display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the entrance of the attraction
- If you have purchased reduced-price tickets, please carry your valid photo ID proof for verification
