Wheelchairs cannot be loaded onto the airboats, though ramp access to the dock is available.

Accessibility

The property features ramps leading to the dock, making access easier for wheelchair users and families with strollers.

Boarding involves a few short steps; guests who can be assisted by their group will find it manageable.

The sound of the airboats can be loud, so service animals might feel uncomfortable.

All guests are offered life jackets and ear protection. Children under 6 must wear life jackets during the ride.

There are no age restrictions — infants under 3 ride free.

Children under 2 can sit on your lap or beside you during the tour.

Restrooms, shaded seating, and a gift shop are conveniently located near the dock.
