The tickets were easy to redeem. The experience was great! We enjoyed learning about the history of the ESB before getting to enjoy the views. The views are incredible! We appreciated the arrows pointing in the direction of many major city attractions to look out for. The outside viewing deck was also good - it was very windy and cold the day we were there, so we didn't enjoy it as much as the indoor views.

We were absolutely overwhelmed by the amazing experience and views from the Empire State Building. We went as high as the 86th floor and the scenic changes between daylight, sunset and the spectacular lights at nightfall were breathtaking. I couldn't stop taking pictures. It was the best and exhilarating. Highly recommend!

On time, professional service. It was the first time in USA for dad and I took him to NYC. I am so glad we did with this tour company to Statue of Liberty. I have been wanting to go and visit the Empire State building for years and I finally had the perfect opportunity to do so. I loved being able to see the historic building with my two children. I was impressed with how clean and organized the staff and facility was. Staff was extremely friendly and made the experience feel very comfortable.

The guides were helpful, kind and friendly. The bus came within 15 minutes at all, but 1 of our stops. We were disappointed that the busses were only supposed to run until 5 pm, but then, were even more disappointed when a street was closed around 3:30 and the bus stops were not moved to another location.

Several buses were full causing having to wait for another bus. The app sometimes didn't work. One bus had bubble tinted windows, so it was hard to view out the window.
