This full-day scenic day trip from Marrakesh begins with a convenient hotel pickup, after which you will descend into the Ourika Valley of Morocco, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. As you drive towards the Atlas Mountains, you will notice a scenic landscape dotted with green meadows and small Berber villages. If you’re lucky, you might even stop at a roadside souk, an Arab marketplace buzzing with locals.
Continue your way through the Ourika Valley and notice fruit orchards, vegetable terraces, and houses hoisted up on the mountain-sides. As you follow the Ourika river, your path will be filled with fruit trees, tiny hamlets, and summer homes. You’ll know when you’ve arrived at Ourika Valley’s waterfalls.
