I recently visited the Burj Khalifa for the first time, and the experience was truly mind-blowing! The views from the observation deck were stunning and exceeded my expectations. However, the waiting time was a different story altogether. We waited in line for almost 3 hours, which was exhausting, especially with kids and elders in tow. The lack of seating areas or a place to rest made it even more challenging. If you're planning to visit, I'd recommend planning ahead, considering tickets with priority access, or visiting during off-peak hours to minimize the wait. Despite the long wait, the view from the top was well worth it."

Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis! Die Anreise und der gesamte Transport waren hervorragend organisiert. Alle Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich freundlich und haben dafür gesorgt, dass man sich von Anfang an wohlfühlt. Das Erlebnis selbst – hoch oben über den Dächern und dem Hafen von Dubai zu stehen, sich auf den Bauch zu legen und mit einem kräftigen Schwung loszufliegen – war einfach einzigartig! Visiting the Burj Khalifa’s “At The Top” experience was truly unforgettable. The elevator ride alone — reaching the 124th/125th floors in seconds — was thrilling. The observation deck offers stunning 360° views of Dubai’s skyline, desert, and coastline. The ambience is well-organized, with helpful staff and smooth crowd management. Sunset time is the best for breathtaking photos. Overall, a must-do experience in Dubai for anyone who wants to see the city from a whole new perspective.

The upgrade was well worth it. Missed the large queues and we were at the higher platform - where we were treated to coffees and fruit juice by the very friendly and attentive staff. The views were breathtaking in every direction. Truly a five-star experience at what in my opinion is the greatest visitor attraction on Earth.

I would love the experience of panoramic 360-degree views from the observation decks, seeing both the bustling city and vast desert landscapes, especially at clearly sunny day .Other enjoyable aspects include the high-speed elevator ride, shopping options etc. And the experience with head out was AMAZING!

Visiting levels 124 and 125 of the Burj Khalifa was an incredible experience. The view of Dubai’s skyline, the desert and the ocean all at once was absolutely breathtaking, and standing that high above the city felt surreal and unforgettable.

It is recommended to wear comfortable-modest clothing with closed shoes.

Bring along a valid physical or digital copy of your ID to be shown at the entrance of the attraction.

Strict dress code: Skirts, dresses, flip-flops, and other loose footwear are not allowed.

Participants must be free from the influence of any narcotics, spirits, or substances that could impair their judgment.

Burj Khalifa

No large pieces of luggage are allowed inside, but you can check them in at the Secure Baggage Area at the entrance on the ground floor. Handbags, cameras, and other small accessories are allowed inside.

No outside food or beverages are allowed at the Burj.

Baby strollers are not allowed inside the venue.

Pregnant women and participants who are currently recovering from injuries or are prone to recurring injuries will not be allowed.

Participants must not be suffering from any physical or mental conditions that would prevent them from completing the tasks required through the experience.

Participants must be in overall good medical shape.

Safety is a priority so this experience is restricted for guests under the age of 65 years, over the age of 12 years, over the height of 1.3m (4.27ft), under the weight of 100kg (220.46lb) and over the weight of 45kg (99.21lb).

It is required for children to be accompanied by their legal guardian.

Parental consent is needed for participants aged 18 and under.

To ensure a smooth visit, all guests will need to sign a waiver form that outlines the terms and conditions. You can find the form here.

Participants must meet the safety requirements to take part in this experience. Should they fail to do so, they will be denied access and a refund will not be processed.

It is recommended to check the weather forecast beforehand to ensure that your views won't be obstructed.

Children aged under 13 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Free Wi-Fi is available at the premises.

The Burj is a must-see on every tourist's Dubai itinerary. This may lead to some delays during peak hours and very busy days. Expect a considerable wait time as you stand in the ticketing queue as well as the elevator queue.

You can enter only at the time slot you choose during checkout. Once inside, you can stay for as long as you like. Typically, tourists spend an average of 40 minutes at the observatory.
