Visiting the Dubai Frame was a delightful experience for my wife and me. The atmosphere was incredibly friendly, and we were pleased to see many families with children enjoying their time there as well. The staff were wonderful, always ready to assist and enhance our visit. The views from the top were simply breathtaking, offering a unique perspective of the city. However, it was a bit disappointing that they didn’t provide cold water but that said, there was a good selection of other drinks, including hot beverages, and we thoroughly enjoyed the lovely café located downstairs. Overall, our visit to the Dubai Frame was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy a day out in Dubai.

The tickets were delivered instantly, and entry was hassle-free — just scan and walk in. No long queues at all! The Dubai Frame itself is absolutely stunning. The views from the top are incredible — one side shows Old Dubai and the other New Dubai, and the glass floor walkway is a must-try! Fantastic family experience at the Dubai Frame! We visited with our kids and had a wonderful time. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making everything smooth. Going to the top was the highlight – the views of the whole of Dubai are absolutely spectacular, with modern skyscrapers on one side and old Dubai on the other. The kids loved it! Highly recommend for families. A must-do!

The ease of getting in due to the tickets booked on Headout was the starting point of a great experience. The elevator zips you to the top floor, and the view from there is simply spectacular! Really enjoyed the glass floor, scary at first, but then the view is mesmerizing as you stare down below

Guests of determination will get a free ticket, which has to be purchased at the venue. You are required to carry proof of your disability status.

Up to 5 members of single groups are allowed per entry.

Large bags and strollers must be kept at GATE 4 Counter.

Differently-abled people can enter for free. The attraction is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

It is recommended to wear respectful clothing like long pants, a long-sleeved shirt, or a scarf to cover shoulders.

Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the visit.
