The trip was well organised with different timings across the day to spread the crowds. We were pleased it was cooler time of year so waiting wasn't too hot and it was a pleasant temperature at the top. The access was goood for most levels of mobility and it wasn't exhausting going up. You definitely need good flat shoes/trainers as it can be slippery off the main tracks. At the top there was lots of space for all to enjoy delicate the crowds on the way up. It was awe inspiring looking at the Parthenon and other buildings. Very pleased we went to the acropolis museum first and knew more about the history and buildings.

We went to queue around 1pm and it was super busy in all queues, so we went away for a bit and came back around 3pm to a much better line. We got strawberries ght it. We asked to changed the date we booked to the following day (due to rain) and it was no bother at all! We went straight to the turn styles and the ticket worked perfectly. Really interesting and fascinating place, lots to learn! It would be great to see a scale model of what the Acropolis would have looked like with the bright white marble and painted colours.

Everything about the experience was just surreal. I’ve always had a huge love for Greek mythology, so actually being there and seeing it all in person felt like a dream come true. It's a great way to get about the city at your own pace. The stops we used were close to the major sites. Our only criticism is that the three different bus companies have very different frequencies and we ended up with what appeared to be the least frequent. It would be really good if all three companies accepted tickets from the others. Failing that the website needs to be clearer about the timetables.

Truly memorable experience taking my retired architect father to visit the Acropolis Parthenon for his 80th birthday. A dream come true for him. Went earlier in the day to avoid the crowds. No pressure rushing to the top so plenty of time to take in the spectacular buildings and views from the top. Very easy to find and access and sunshine to top it off!

Excellent, we went in November so no crowds, no queues and everything was easy to navigate. Bus staff very friendly and helpful. Acropolis and Parthenon amazing, went straight in at our allocated time and not too many people in there so got some great photos.

Visitare Atene è stata un’esperienza straordinaria! La città è un perfetto equilibrio tra storia antica e vitalità moderna. Ovunque ci si giri, si respira cultura: dal maestoso Partenone che domina l’Acropoli, ai vicoli pittoreschi di Plaka, pieni di taverne accoglienti e profumi mediterranei. Un grande aiuto per godersi al meglio la città sono stati i bus turistici. Li consiglio assolutamente! Sono comodi, puntuali e perfetti per chi vuole esplorare Atene senza stress. Grazie alle varie linee, ho potuto visitare facilmente tutti i punti più importanti: l’Acropoli, il Museo Nazionale, Piazza Syntagma e persino il Pireo, con le sue splendide vedute sul mare. L’audioguida multilingue è chiara e interessante, e racconta la storia della città in modo coinvolgente. Inoltre, il biglietto vale per 24 o 48 ore, quindi si può scendere e risalire quante volte si vuole: ideale per chi vuole scoprire Atene con calma. In poche parole, Atene è una città che ti conquista, e i bus turistici sono il modo migliore per apprezzarla da ogni angolo, senza perdere nulla. Non vedo l’ora di tornarci! 🇬🇷✨
