We reached at Ain Dubai Entrance before 10 minutes and entry was smooth, was not too crowded. After some checks we entered at boarding point where entry to cabin was very comfortable and guided by their representative. We enjoyed rides very much, there were spectaculous views, we watched complete view of palm Jumeirah, JBR beach, Burj Al Arab and even skyline of Dubai was fabulous. This is must ride and should not be missed in Dubai Trip. My family enjoyed the wheel which is biggest in world and even walk around the area was feel good factor. Overall we are very satisfied with the ride and headout made is very comfortable for booking with 10% discount. Thanks

I had an incredible experience at Ain Dubai and was thoroughly impressed by the level of service. One of the best parts was that they keep a low number of people in each cabin, which allows for a much more comfortable and private atmosphere to enjoy the views. The entire process was easy to access from start to finish. The staff were remarkably professional and polite, ensuring everything ran smoothly. I also found the free lockers for bags to be a massive convenience, allowing me to enjoy the ride without any extra luggage. This is a must-visit for anyone looking for a premium, well-organized attraction!

Visting Ain Dubai for the first time was very impressive for me. My parents also were with me, they also have got a wonderful experience. They will definitely share their experience with everyone when they go home. I've been living in the UAE since 2004, it's my 2nd home and i am proud to have such a beautiful places and rides here. Ain Dubai haben wir mit dem Taxi erreicht. Gegen Mittag gab es keine Andrang. Die Karten hatten wir online bei Headout als Kombiticket gekauft. Es hat alles problemlos funktioniert. Ain Dubai ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Das Riesenrad läuft sehr ruhig, eine Fahrt dauert ca. 38 min. Die Aussicht ist genial. Die Höhe von 250 m ist unproblematisch vom Empfinden her. Einfach machen und genießen!!!

Booking an excursion to Dubai through Headout was a great experience for everyone – much cheaper than booking on-site, and there was no long queues or waiting. The view from the Ferris wheel is simply breathtaking. The huge cabin with only 8 people in it was great for me, but you can see that they really value things like this, so you can actually see 360 degrees.

Ain Dubai ist schon beeindruckend, leider mit gebührenpflichtigen Parkhaus für 20 AED pro Stunde. Die Aussicht auf die Palme ist grandios. Green Planet ist ebenfalls einen Besuch wert, schöne Tiere und auch die Möglichkeit mal eine Schlange zu tragen. Hier waren drei Stunden parken umsonst.

What’s not allowed

Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the venue.

Alcoholic beverages are only allowed if specified in your ticket type (e.g., Premium with Bubbly or House Beverage/Cocktail).

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed for security reasons.

Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

Accessibility

This experience is accessible by wheelchair and pram/stroller.

Additional information

Children under 3 enter free but must be accompanied by an adult.

Child tickets apply to ages 3–12; adult tickets are for ages 12 and above.

Children aged 16 years and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 years or older.

Please be aware that cabin assignments for groups may be subject to change based on availability.

Guests must wait in line and board the next available cabin. Queue jumping is not permitted.

The number of guests permitted per cabin is subject to change based on current health and safety regulations. The standard maximum capacity is 40 passengers, with the exception of private cabins.

To ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, limitations may be imposed on the size and number of bags, backpacks, suitcases, and similar items permitted on board.

All bags will be inspected before entering the venue as a security measure.

F57 Bus is available from Jebel Ali metro bus stop to Bluewaters Island daily from 6am to midnight (Friday until 1am).

Validate your parking at the nearest ticket office by presenting your same-day ticket to enjoy up to 4 hours of free underground parking.
